No one cares it's sad how people don't appreciate Griezmann enough for his role in this team. He has 15 chances created this tournament with only Messi (17) being above him from the tournament. Insane generation of talent and it's showing no signs of slowing down. France will probably be the favourite in every major tournament they enter for another decade or so. Special mention for Randal Kolo Muani. People will talk about the final shot and Martinez save, but forget that it was him who got the first PK. And he buried his PK in the series too. The only issue I see is that Griezmann is definitely the key player of the Deschamps line-up. Don't be blinded by the final. The only issue I see is that Griezmann is definitely the key player of the Deschamps line-up. Don't be blinded by the final. He was the most key player for France this tournament, just like he was in 2018. And of course that will have to evolve as he ages out/as Mbappe takes over the captaincy.
