How you look and feel is inside your mind, many people deal with the physical symptoms because it is easy. It is very hard to admit that you have a mental condition comparatively to admitting to a physical condition. Since the mind is the source it keeps showing them where they look bad and why it should be fixed this process goes on till they suffer depression if they are lucky or die if they are unlucky.
