I loved this series.. i quit beauty for over 10 years. Now im a newbie again & im 56! I created my entire hige makeup collection just last year. Same with skincare. Im addicted and bought everything. All high end/ luxury. Spent over 10k and rising. Im on a low buy/no buy this year except the big sales. Im trying to save all that i eant for that. I want a new Patrick ta blush you got. I dont need it but i eant it. Shes blushing. I already have it saved. Ive finally stopped getting packages. It was overwhelming!! Im really excited to see you use all your new stuff! Love a tutorial. My Goodness! I would surely have to consult the Lord about that first. I'm a huge beauty lover but keep it very humble as we are in a very ugly dark spiritual war right now and 10k is a life changing amount of money for the average person. Try to keep in mind Whitney and other UA-camrs this is there job. God created all his daughters beautifully the way they are and it shouldn't cost us thousands to make us more confident or Beautiful or to have Joy and Peace in our souls all of that comes from Jesus only, products will never be able to fill that void in our souls. 🙏 Prayers!! Nothing wrong with having pretty things, however those things won't be blessed unless we daily, weekly, monthly give our first fruits to advancing the Kingdom of God! 🩷💗💕 In Jesus mighty name Amen 💝

With the Kosas packaging...you remember those corded clear phones?!? That's what the Kosas packaging reminds me of. That and there was candy "toys" that came out when I was a kid (we are close to the same age) that was at the store. I do remember a whole lot of things coming out like that. I'm glad you took time away from beauty so that you could rediscover it again. You seem so happy, and who wouldn't with a baby (even when super tired)! I am so happy to see you back to postin.

Can’t wait to see you demo a bunch of these! I love Patrick Ta blushes and bronzer duo too, and although I also didn’t need any more eyeshadow palettes, I got the first major dimension palette and it’s so yummy. The other two are beautiful (volume III is all matte) and I love that they all come with two cream eyeshadows. For something drugstore that’s comparable to the Kosas airbrow gel, get the Nyx thick it stick it brow mascara! Other drugstore that’s good is the Maybelline 24 hour skin tint and their superstay vinyl ink lipsticks! I’m obsessed and keep buying shades. For highlight, my fav is Auric glow lust, which is a liquid formula.

The elf camo liquid blush in the shade, dusty rose is immaculate, formula, and color

You need to check out the Patrick Ta plumping gloss - the red color (Full syringe) is sooo good. I love the Lawless forget the filler glosses too. I love a cool nude lip liner with a lip stain, then a pink/red sheer gloss on top. That's been my vibe for a WHILE

Best mascara (also in terms of ingredients) is Rare Beauty one, you should also try Nars Afterglow Liquid Blush (Behave - best shade if you have redness), bronzer Makeup by Mario and Path Mcgrath (I use only powder ones), P. Mcgrath has also beautiful highlights - more subtle than Rare Beauty but sooo creamyyy. And I'm yet to watch your complexion video but the setting powder from Givenchy is a game changer (in case you haven't found about it yet).
I feel like whenI finally do try Pat McGrath im gonna haul out and just buy it all. Itll be like finally letting out a sneeze hahah
HAUS labs completely rebranded/reformulated and released at Sephora. The new Mario blushes are the ones in the pan. The Dior palette in Universal (the pink one) has no glitter!
I just have so many questions tho...like why is the old one still out and not at a HEAVY discount? And like...did they old one go up to grab money to fund the new one? I wanna know all the things hahah

If you love the Haus Labs velvet bronzer you are going to LOVE Valentino beauty blushes/bronzers. It takes a lot to wow me since as we know it’s all been done, but those are impeccable.

Please, please try the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Glow Glide Face Architect Highlight (yes the name is really that long!) The formula is one of the best for really gliding over texture and not emphasizing lines and pores. I used to love Cookie too but I think I have only used it once since trying the new CT one. Highly recommend! I love the Rare Beauty one too, but it does not glide on as smoothly.

I have brow struggle too. Nothing holds mine in place, gels look crusty. I have bushy, thick, stubborn, blonde brows. Nothing matches my red hair. My tails go like down around my eye. Basically i shave off the ends of my brows lol then draw them on, but it's obvious because the hair left is really prominent and almost glows on my face. I just use very thin pencils.

I’ve fallen off of highlighters lately but, Haus Labs Peach Quartz highlight is gorgeous. Other Makeup by Mario goodies are: stick bronzer, softsculpt skin enhancer, soft pop plumping blush veil & the eyeliners. I’m not a big gloss girlie but the summer friday butter balms are good & tower 28 lip gloss- pistachio is my fave. Givenchy prisme libre blushes are GORGEOUS, I highly recommend.
I hear SO many mixed things about the eyeliners but I wanna try them so bad

Whitney, Get your brows microblade or tattoo''d!! I literally have never had eyebrows, and I mean ZERO EYEBROWS!! I look like a mime. Then... one day.... I decided to & what is funny... but not funny .....
is that my family can now see my expressions on my face!! SERIOUSLY!!
My daughter in law went to school to do them now but I haven't needed a touchup since getting them done in 2022 and despite being told they should be touched up every 6mos to 1x a year.... when you've live 50 years with zero eyebrows... you find requirements for touchups seem frivolous but I do absolutely love my eyebrows and that now I have expressions. lol

I have the double ended Stila eyeliner. It's great at first. Then after 10 uses the ends dry & clog up.

Highlighters aren’t my thing. But, Westman Atelier cream is nice and Rare Beauty is nice too. The Rare Beauty does break easily so, be careful. It’s good to see that you are excited for products again. ❤ I under the burn out, for sure.

So I have a similar hair situation to your daughter. It's EVERYWHERE and it can be a lot to manage. It's so thick and heavy that my brows and lashes grow straight down and I shave the bottom half of my head 😅. I literally have been working on a low maintenance routine to keep it all under control since I was a teen. Because you know, kids are mean af 😂😂😂.
Its always the grass is greener on the other side...i would love to have that problem but Im sure you are about sick to death of it. Cant win for losing sometimes hahah

Looking forward to your take on the products from Patrick Ta and Makeup by Mario. Haven't dipped a toe into either brand, but both seem to do a good job of walking the line between makeup that makes sense to makeup artists, and what those of us with considerably less skill can handle.
As far as highlighter goes, I've been really loving the looks from a gentler, more all-over lit-from-within glowy product like Chanel Baume Essentiel (which I don't own, but I want to, lol).
Whenever you get to drustore lip products, L'Oreal has some winners. Glow Paradise is allegedly very similar to YSL Rouge Volupte. I can't speak to that, but I do love to keep one by my front door for those moments when I'm taking the dog out and don't want to face the elevator mirrors 100% bare-faced, lol. I also like their skinny bullet "Intense Volume Matte" lipsticks. More of what would be called Velvet at Sephora than a chalky old drugstore matte. I like that one in rich colors with a light hand and kind of a blotted lip look.

PT did a highlighter duo in a holiday release a few years ago. It was not well received.
aw man. I get that...it wouldnt be the easiest to do in this way but maybe he just needs to launch highlights on their own (liquid and powder) and just let us grab those

Ok- I’ve been super impressed with Auric Glow lust - add it under makeup and also ontop of cheekbones- it just feels like the right amount of glow but in a modern way.
Estée Lauder lipliner in fig is old but it is OG! Such a flattering shade and a great quality pencil- also comes with an extra refill in the box. Ever since I read Jennifer Aniston uses that liner in a magazine years ago, I’ve never gone back!
YSL volume effect The Curler. mascara is the nicest, long wearing beautiful mascara that gets better the more months it’s open.
Hypereasy brush tip liner by maybelline is so easy to use and doesn’t budge all day- better than any high end liquid liner I’ve ever found.
LYS triple fix concealer is so seamless and beautiful and relatively affordable - it just looks like skin with great shade matches.
The Laura Mercier talc free loose powder is absolutely insane gorgeous.
Kaja beauty bento in rosewater is just the best eye shimmer /glitter everything. All you need, so compact.
The Revlon Colorstay cream eyeshadow in 715 espresso is the most beautiful easy to use cream shadow that doesn’t budge all day. This is the most effortless crease shade.
I recently discovered MOB beauty - the chemist used to work for Mac. The palettes are incredible and the cream cheek (bronzer, blush) cream shadows (if set with loose powder) truly the best new makeup I’ve ever tried. Im floored with how good this stuff is. Makes me want to give all my other stuff away😂.
The essence long lasting eye pencils are 2$ and are wonderful.
Check out the YSL candy glaze lips, so pretty gloss in a stick form (comfortable and long wearing) the clear and #15 are my favorites.
RMS super natural serum eclat spf 30 is so beautiful and glowy. Such a pretty and wearable sunscreen.
YSL makeup is getting a lot of attention these days and I’ve heard a lot about the Auric products as well :)

Patrick Ta had a highlight duo in the Major Headlines Vol 2 palette. That’s the only product that I wasn’t impressed with from him. The powder highlight hardpanned and the cream was more like a balm. And all four of the blushes had shimmer which didn’t look bad it just wasn’t the same formula I know and love. Also, the hype about She’s so LA in the blush duos is all true.

I really was not thrilled with the Patrick Ta Bronzer. It is very light. The creme' one is better. Unlike the blushes that are super pigmented.
