Was nice but please spell the names of Ukrainian cities as they should be: Kryvyi Rih (not Krivoy Rog) and Kharkiv (not Kharkov). It's not like Paris should be called Pareezh because that's how it's pronounced in russian. I know that you're making money in russia but as a Ukrainian you should know better.

@@piggybank1385 not really. In Ukraine, a quarter of the population are native Russians (that's why they wanted to leave Ukraine). Denis was born in the city of Krivoy Rog, and there are a lot of Russians there, I can assume that's why he moved to Russia.

это не ММА где бои происходят..))) А вот встретиться в комментах смешно читать, все может получиться, но на это есть 2 фактора: 1. Здоровье Дениса... (т.к. есть риски), а 2. -это Деньги, Денису нужно понимать ради чего стоит тратить здоровье... что бы красиво уйти на пенсию в Мире АРМА.... я думаю если со здоровьем все будет отлично и предложат сумму как в UFC Денису, то он будет "жрать железо" и утром и днем , но выдаст максимальную форму... о которой многие и не догадываются... он и так всем давно и все доказал, но иногда, хочется поставить жирную точку на всем и уйти красиво.....
Я тоже мечтаю увидеть этот бой, но головой понимаю что шансов очень мало, а увидеть поражение Дениса, совершенно не хочется..

За 3 месяца тренировок 1 место взял... Я после 3 месяцев тоже на соревнования первые поехал и всем проиграл, максимум на секунды 4 задержал соперника

Never seen Denis admit using steroids, but he did it so casually in this video.
He never denied it.
Moreover he had the dignity to never pull WAF which was tested
the word in original language that was translated as drugs, was actually a word - vitamins. So basically he does not talk about HGH, and Testosterone injections. Although, listening to one interview, where he was questioned straight about HGH or steroids, he answered that he used it, but not that much, in 2011 just a few times, if i am correct, but after that he said he didnt.

he had arms at a peak of 60 centimeters, there are few builders in the world who had such arms .... without steroids this is impossible!
@@grigorerosca3131 to be real, cant pretend thats not true, because we never know what he actually used for sure. But, knowing what roids are, i can say, that atleast on the moment after Larrat he was not hardly or either on them. Because roids, how people call it, are actually testosterone injections if im right, if not correct me. And if your body gets used to testosterone, it stops producing its own, and the dramatic fall from his peak like he had (Denis), would’ve bring him to testosterone deficiency, and basically he would not only lose his mass, but man strength. Thats what i assume, knowing what testosterone is in mans body. But observing his regress after his illness (and i am sure he stopped using it after he got sick, if he used it before that), i cant say he lost much. Most of his strength was still remaining. Since i know russian language very well, i was watching videos him training after the surgery, and he was lifting his 85% maximum of his prime on the wrist plus side pressure exercise, his favourite on cable machine. And he didnt lose weight that much as it seems. Like 10 kg after surgery, if we compare him when he wrestled with Devon.
So conclusion - i dont think he did use it. Maybe in the past to gain his mass, but after that he might just kept it on the same level. Oh and as he mentioned, especially on 2011 or somewhere there, he was on his most ripped form, and thats when he stated he used injections, thats how i understood it.
HGH is also not a case i guess, since his stomach would get big, like those of bodybuilders, but i never seen him having that symptom.
i wonder if dennis will sometimes press 2 keys in that "small" laptop🤣

It's so interesting to hear Cyplenkov while being natural and going to the gym regularly weighed 92 kg, and Levan weighed 90 as well. Would the superheavyweight category even exist without steroids? Also, huge respect to Denis, what a great guy.
Levan weighed 80 kilograms. And Denis gained from 65 to 92 in a year, being young. He would have reached 120 kilograms even without using chemicals. But Levan has gained sooo much weight. Weighed 80 and gained 180, it's unthinkable
@@teeraps2902 Anyone can get to 120+ without chemicals. But to be ripped at 120+ is impossible, 99% people would be fat as fuck at that weight. Unless you are baskebtall player height. Denis said it himself, a comfortable weight for him was 90-95 kg, when he was natural. He started using steroids at 21, he was done growing, so all the weight he would add would just be fat. But I agree, what Levan has done to his body is unthinkable.
I'm struggling with the apparent change in his hands and face (bone and size). What did he take to change that? HGH??

@@apxprdtr_mge Do not confuse comfortable weight and competitive. I also had a comfortable weight of 75, but I easily gained 85 by doing sports. This is not an argument on your part. In the same way, Denis could gain 120 kg without additives. Levan in this case weighs two and a half times more than before

What was the reason he moved to Moscow - to get a job? Did he go alone, or did anyone from his family go? Did he have family in Moscow or know anyone there before he moved? Before the "special operation," did he ever go back to his old hometown to visit? Does he have relatives still living in Ukraine? Does he have friends (from school or growing up) back there (in Kryvyi Rih)? These questions are neutral and about family life, not politics, so they should be safe to ask and answer, and not cause issues with the authorities.

He was lean at 92 you can see his shape in transformation videos of his.
For the people who says he abused gh and insuline more than anyone => look at the bodybuilders who use Gh + insuline, THEIR HANDS AND WRISTS ARE SO SMALL AND IT DOESNT GROW! (for example ; phil heath) AND WHO USES THOSE DRUGS HAVE GH GUTS(palumbo, coleman, phil heath) , DENIS DOESNT EVEN HAVE ONE BIT OF A GH GUT. Its all genetics. No drug will make another denis. Case closed.
