Did this back in February of 2020 with my friends Bailey and Zack. Absolutely nothing had a wait time above 10 minutes during the end of the day. It was so incredible. One of my best Disney memories
With no Genie+ you have to hit WEB first, walk to Guardians second, Monsters third, then Sorin to finish the 1st hour. Monsters does have a "buddy pass" that allows you in through the exit if you are a group of 1-3 and can fit in 1 row. Kinda an unknown pro tip. You just have to ask the CM at the front, then you skip the line
As someone who tries to hit as many rides as possible, I really enjoyed this video. I hope you do a similar video for Disneyland
Big day. I saw you getting a bite (or resting lol) at Pacific Wharf on Saturday. I remember thinking you looked very focused on what ever your plan of action was that day. I told my wife "this is not a disney winds day for David " lol. And now i see this lol
lol not a disney winds day at all. i was SPENT at the end of this.
Ah, Goofy Sky School, so much fun, but also feels like you're going to be flung right over the side. Whenever I ride, it feels like my friends and I are the only ones screaming at the turns. Glad to see we're not the only ones! 😆
“Stop having fun and look at your phone!!” The new motto of today at Disney!
Your enthusiastic and friendly greetings of other guests....my fave. You make me smile!
I love that you included the "Nice work pal" from Soarins preshow. That is probably my favorite part of the whole ride.
You could easily cut an hour off of your time. But your 8am to 8:20am comment is spot on. The only difference to our first 30 minutes is that we hit Midway Mania first then Incredicoaster THEN Pixar Pal-a-round. All three can be done within the first 30 minutes of park opening with 0 wait and don't need to use any lightning lanes on them (and don't really lose out on any real wait for Pal-a-round but you have to hit Midway Mania standby FIRST). That way you can use your rope drop LL to reserve for Soarin' or Guardians or RS Racers depending on the path you want to take the rest of the way. We normally get through all the Pier attractions, Grizzly, RS Racers, and Soarin' in the first 2 hours. Then, if using LL, can get through the other Cars attractions, Guardians, and Monsters Inc in another 60ish minutes with some good luck.
I love Freshbaked videos like this one. Watching this video feels like being in the park with a close friend. Best wishes Freshbaked!
I did every ride at Dland back in 2012 but it took from rope drop to about 6pm. I used the old paper fast pass where I had to get the pass at the kiosk. It was so exhausting. I had planned it out for weeks lol
This is was a rollercoaster of emotions. The defeat of Soarin’ into the joy of Maters.
Talk about perfect time !!!!!!. I am a nurse stuck at home in Canada in the snow , with covid . This video is making me so happy !!!!!
this guy is such a kid at heart! love it.
This was awesome. Thanks for the daily joy, David! I always look forward to your post.
This made my morning! Love you, Fresh Baked! Thanks for all your hard work and for putting out quality videos each day!
This video came at the perfect time for me. I always love these types of videos, and today's the day I needed it most! Thanks David!
This video was so good. You’re always so lighthearted and your laugh is contagious. Great content!!
your videos are always positive and entertaining. Thank you!
Would love to see this challenge at Disneyland.
Also DCA without lightening would be cool, too.
This was great. Now you have a whole day to explore and enjoy the park itself!!
Did the following rides in 1 day 8am to midnight 2 weeks ago on a solo trip: Pan, Alice, Dumbo, StoryBook, Runaway, Chip n Dale, Roger R, Small World, Subs, Autopia, Buzz, Star Tours, Space, Matterhorn, Smugglers, Indy, Pooh, Canoes, Mission Breakout, Mater's, Monster's Inc., Radiator, Luigi's, Webslinger's, Jumpin' JF, Zephor, Grizzley RR, Lil' Mermaid, Spider Man Show, Incredicoaster, Jessie's Carousel, Silly Symph Swings, Goofy's, Pixar Pal Around, Toy Story, Emotional Whirlwind, Soarin', Red Car Trolley, Rise, Big Thunder, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Tree House, Tiki Room, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pinocchio, King Arthur Carousel, Casey Jr., Teacups, Toad's, Snow, Sword in the Stone, Disneyland RR, Main Street Vehicle - Fire Engine
"Its probably a mistake to do all these spinner in a row." Favorite line.
Thank You so much David for Everything you do! We appreciate it so much fun! Stay SAFE
I really enjoyed this video. You did more rides in a day than you normally do in a month probably! Thanks for this!
Ron is watching this right now saying "Have I taught you nothing??".. lol 😉😉 Love you guys!
Awesome stuff Dave, I felt for you towards the end of the video mate. Keep up the up the good work.
Congratulations in meeting your goal, and thanks so much for sharing your day with us!!
Seeing that it even takes you, a park veteran, serious planning and effort to make a day like this happen, I don't feel so bad about my bumbling efforts back in December. 😄
Best part? Hearing your vocalizations as you rode Goofy’s Sky School…after such a long time!
Love this video and seeing you enjoy the rides. Would love to see more of these
Awesome video David!!!! You made my day!!!!!
This video was so entertaining and insightful.
I was rooting for you the whole time hoping you hit all rides. Thanks for the tips and can’t wait to see you try this at Disneyland.
It’s all about the rope drop!! That was fun, David!! Thank you!!
This was a great vlog David! Way to take one for the team and go on all of those attractions despite feeling a little icky after! You can really see your love and passion for the parks by the content you produce! Thank you for that! :)
Excellent video David. I think your strategy was great!
Oh Fresh Baked, how your my favorite youtube channel.🥰💖 You Always bring me
You never disappoint Dave thank u
I’ll be here during the weekend, I am studying this video lol
Thank you for sharing your adventure
You always make me smile! You have so much fun! And thanks for sacrificing yourself for science.
Loving this vlog so so much 😊☺️
Such a fun video! Loved all the laughter! You sure did crush those rides!
Saw myself in the background at Grizzly river run! Thankful I got to meet you and find the channel. Hope to see you again!
the highlight of this video is 100% Goofy's Sky School. That was amazing haha
Omg - I’m 10 minutes into the video and this is my favorite!
Thanks for the selfie at guardians. Sat next to you on soaring. You helped our strategies at Disneyland. Super fun to see you there. Watching for years. Thank you.
Awesome video David! How fun
This was so good 👏 such a good video! Great work, David!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great job! Thank you for sharing your strategy. My friend and I did similar strategy back in November before LL. We got so much done by doing Pixar Pier first. Can’t wait for you to do this for Disneyland but I think that’s a 2 day ( 2 videos).
My main aim is always as many rides as possible, it’s my favorite part of the parks! I could ride all the rides multiple times and be sooo happy with my life. Thanks for the video David! 👍👍
Dave, love you buddy for doing so much recon for us! It's really helps us out of towners see everything we wanna see. Just when I had my Disneyland strategy honed in, they go and do something like this! :P Its all about the mix point! Thanks Dave!
I love watching you on the rides, like a kid somewhat. So much fun.
"It's 8:28 and I'm gonna die, That's the time of my Death!" that's the funniest thing I've heard watching Disney rides! I feel the same about Goofy's Sky School, I hate riding it but it's one of my gf's favorite rides!
Thanks for this brilliant challenge David, this has given us a strategy for when we visit in August.
This is a really great video !!
Great job David! You killed it!
Hello to fresh-baked thank you for the tour and the challenge DCA hope you had a good time and I like to say I like your videos very much you make me happy every time you do these kind of things about Disneyland or Disney California Adventure
This was great! Going to rewatch and make notes and do the same for our upcoming trip in March. Will you do the same for Disneyland? That would be wonderful.💖
I agree I would love to see a Disneyland version of this.
I’m going the 8th of February!!!!!hope you have fun!
Did the following rides in 1 day from 8am to midnight 2 weeks ago on a solo trip: Pan, Alice, Dumbo, StoryBook, Runaway, Chip n Dale, Roger R, Small World, Subs, Autopia, Buzz, Star Tours, Space, Matterhorn, Smugglers, Indy, Pooh, Canoes, Mission Breakout, Mater's, Monster's Inc., Radiator, Luigi's, Webslinger's, Jumpin' JF, Zephor, Grizzley RR, Lil' Mermaid, Spider Man Show, Incredicoaster, Jessie's Carousel, Silly Symph Swings, Goofy's, Pixar Pal Around, Toy Story, Emotional Whirlwind, Soarin', Red Car Trolley, Rise, Big Thunder, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Tree House, Tiki Room, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pinocchio, King Arthur Carousel, Casey Jr., Teacups, Toad's, Snow, Sword in the Stone, Disneyland RR, Main Street Vehicle - Fire Engine
Love this idea. Thanks for this.
Love this video!!
I’ve only been on radiator springs racers once and it’s such a fun ride and I love how it looks so true to the movie!! I want to ride it again
I am laughing! Great video. Will be traveling from Alabama to California next month to visit my brother. We will be going to Disney and California Adventure. Thanks for the video
"It's probably a mistake to all these spinners at the same time!" Wahahahaha
This is so good. Do this video again!
GREAT VIDEO! Thanks David!
Always enjoy watching you have such a good time especially a rollicking good time 🤪
I like videos like this- I am always curious how others plan out their days to minimize wait time & maximize the rides covered- i am looking forward to seeing you do this in Disneyland!
Better get that stamina up David.
This is how you need to do Disney World when the time comes. 👍🏼👍🏼✌🏼
Man, this is the most clear ghost video I have ever seen! Great job capturing the ghost who died at 8:28am! (I laughed WAY too hard at that...)
As for the rest of the video, love how much you enjoyed things and definitely some good tips/things to think about for my next trip. I gotta say that I do agree with the Lightening Lane return times being the big x-factor though. Soarin really hurt you and I can understand wanting to book it before Mission Breakout though I do wonder if you did a "now" return for Mission Breakout and then immediately booked Soarin if that would be viable?
I’m trying to do both parks in a couple weeks. Not having park hopping til one hurts for sure, but the plan is to try to finish DCA as close to one as possible and see if we can do all of Disneyland in the final 11 hours of the day.
2 weeks ago on a solo trip, I did the following (in the order listed) in 1 day from 8am to midnight: Pan, Alice, Dumbo, StoryBook, Runaway, Chip n Dale, Roger R, Small World, Subs, Autopia, Buzz, Star Tours, Space, Matterhorn, Smugglers, Indy, Pooh, Canoes, Mission Breakout, Mater's, Monster's Inc., Radiator, Luigi's, Webslinger's, Jumpin' JF, Zephor, Grizzley RR, Lil' Mermaid, Spider Man Show, Incredicoaster, Jessie's Carousel, Silly Symph Swings, Goofy's, Pixar Pal Around, Toy Story, Emotional Whirlwind, Soarin', Red Car Trolley, Rise, Big Thunder, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Tree House, Tiki Room, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pinocchio, King Arthur Carousel, Casey Jr., Teacups, Toad's, Snow, Sword in the Stone, Disneyland RR, Main Street Vehicle - Fire Engine
Goofy and maters always make me laugh so hard
Love it
Mater singing will always be hilarious
THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!
Love your vids
MORE EXPERIMENT VIDEOS LIKE THIS DAVID
LOL!!! I don’t want to rollick anymore either. Lots of those rides in DCA. Thanks David!
It makes me so happy to hear you on the Goofy ride. That one freaked me out 10 years ago when I went on it. We are planning a trip to finally come back in December so watching all your videos! And....I'll try that ride again...aaack!!
I’m glad to hear you freak out as much as I do on Goofy’s Sky School! Scariest ride of all time. 😱😱
Will be there in March for food and wine ! Can’t wait!
Monsters Ink has a small party line that goes thru the exit so if you are a party of one, two or two with a small child you can do it ask cast member at entrance.
Love this
Great video Dave! Can you do something similar but with Liz and your daughter? I want to see how to manage the parks now a days considering a family. Thanks!
Great video! 👍
Great job!
Lol happiness and the love of Disney that I cannot get until I move back to California 🙏🏻🤞
This was great!
Visited DCA yesterday. Did Soarin, Monsters, Mater, Mermaid, Zephyr (twice), Swings, Whirlwind, Toy Story, Jessie and Incredicoaster (3 times). Finished at 10:45. Luigi was down. No interest in Lightning Lane. Magic Key holder so we can do the others next time. But when fast passes existed, you could definitely do the entire park in less than a day.
This was awesome! So funny!!! I hope you have recovered! 🤢😂😁
NOPE on the ferris wheel, zephyr and swings.....everything else YES!!
Nice! We do a lot at DCA and usually knock it out before our midday break before going to Disneyland. Hubby has DAS and there are a few we don’t do so I can appreciate this effort. Agree with you about rope drop.. it’s a must. This was fun to watch you get on rides for a change.. I know it wasn’t easy on you lol.
Great job 👏
Going to test put your theory in March. Please do DL too!
Would love to see if you could accomplish this in pure stand by. Another video I think.
You should tottaly do another rope drop but to tackle the most popular rides
Great video thanks for sharing your strategy! Going to get genie plus and do Radiator springs first bc we are fam of 5 and not buying ILL, then head straight to Pixar Pier and follow your plan + band those out. Hope it wrks!
Poor David was looking a little green for a minute there, poor guy. It’s my favorite color, but not a good look for him. 🤣 I want to do this challenge with my daughter-in-law now. I have never ridden Silly Symphony Swings because they terrify me, but now I want to. Challenge accepted. Lol
Lol, doing all the spinners in a row...
I am exhausted just watching. I hope we run into you in Feb. as we will be in DLand 20,21 and CA 23rd. Nice job!
When you try the Disneyland in 1 day w/o Genie+, I will say, from experience, it is possible. I did it in July (of course I was trying to do all of both parks in one day, in which I failed) but, I did do every ride in Disneyland. The biggest thing is just taking advantage of all the single riders. The only thing I wouldn't absolutely know how to do is probably Rise of the Resistance since there was a virtual queue in July. Honestly, I would just say do Rise last, and try to hit as many Fantasyland rides in the morning. Once the lines start getting long, do the rides with single rider, since single rider doesn't get impacted by LL in any way. It's totally possible to do Disneyland park in 1 day, I think I did it in around 9 hours in July, so its not impossible
2 weeks ago on a solo trip I did all of the following in 1 day from 8am to midnight: Pan, Alice, Dumbo, StoryBook, Runaway, Chip n Dale, Roger R, Small World, Subs, Autopia, Buzz, Star Tours, Space, Matterhorn, Smugglers, Indy, Pooh, Canoes, Mission Breakout, Mater's, Monster's Inc., Radiator, Luigi's, Webslinger's, Jumpin' JF, Zephor, Grizzley RR, Lil' Mermaid, Spider Man Show, Incredicoaster, Jessie's Carousel, Silly Symph Swings, Goofy's, Pixar Pal Around, Toy Story, Emotional Whirlwind, Soarin', Red Car Trolley, Rise, Big Thunder, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Tree House, Tiki Room, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pinocchio, King Arthur Carousel, Casey Jr., Teacups, Toad's, Snow, Sword in the Stone, Disneyland RR, Main Street Vehicle - Fire Engine
I love this video and I REALLY appreciate the queue recon you’re doing! We’re coming for OogieBoogie Bash, and we will only have that time at California Adventure. Do you have tips for riding rides during OBB? 😃
Goofy’s Sky School 😂 meeee too
I tried riding every single ride in one day (parkology challenge) and we missed one ride (on opening of ROTR)! Its all really about adapting and speed. Such good memories doing it. Everything was less than 30 mins. The thing is that single rider and fastpass helps a ton. The morning is what gives you a really good advantage too since everything is usually more calm during those times, but afternoon hits you really hard. Anther thing, WEBs is a breeze if it breaks down and you wait like 5 mins to wait for it to reopen. My brother and I waited for WEBS to reopen and it was a breeze. That's just my opinion. Also Monsters does have buddy pass sometimes, the only thing is it only works when it has long lines. Some CMs won't give it to you if it might be less than 30 mins
2 weeks ago I did a solo trip and did the following in 1 day from 8am to midnight.
