      yep. Teddi's main problem is that while even being a nepo-baby she couldn't go anywhere because of one thing: she is utterly and painfully boring. So, using her nepo-money and daddy's connections/last name she had a lawyer draw up some contracts and hired a marketing team that not only made her money but also made her feel like she is, indeed, special. and this is the outcome: a payment plan for anorexia. hooray.

      The people behind this (and other, similar scams) are *_PREDATORS,_* exploiting the desperation, vulnerability and low self esteem of the people they target, encouraging unhealthy eating habits and coaching them to be *_dangerously_* obsessive about food.

Set in the early 1900s, a woman in the state of Washington set up a health farm and starved her wealthy clients to death on a " health soup". She was a manipulative cult figure, had her clients sign over their wealth after she brainwashed them then locked them up and buried those who died. A woman escaped to tell this true story.

Anyone who asks for leadership & accountability cannot then when they disagree play the victim & blame the group for holding them accountable! This is the crux of the matter, lack of self accountability. These mostly wealthy people WELCOMED this leadership & group dynamic that can be great to hold ppl accountable. The bottom line is they weren't hostages or victims. All they had to do if they weren't happy was leave. Blaming others for one's OWN poor choices is one of the biggest problems with society.

    After revisiting this video, I wanted to add something.
    My mother lost a ton of weight through a personal trainer. She had a strict diet and workout regiment, and she managed to loose probably 100 pounds in less than two years. I knew the trainer personally, and don't think she was pushing anything dangerous. But I surely think she didn't warn my mother about how it is normal to hit a plateau, and how to resume healthy eating after this diet. She died in 2021 in her sleep. The doctors never were able to tell us what happened, but since they found some SARS-CoV-2 in her blood samples, I think they didn't look too close after that.
    We are pretty sure that her weight loss, although maybe not directly responsible, was a huge factor. The trainer kinda disappeared after that, moving from the city where she was giving 3 or 4 group training a week. I can't help but think that she also think she is had something to do with the passing of my mother.
    I am certainly preaching to the choir here, on a 2 years old video about the danger of crash diet and money-grabbing so-called "life coach", but to those who think about diets, exercise, even the more recent Ozempic craze, please do be careful. Weight goes both way, and not everyone is built for the skinny athletic body we are constantly being pushed on. I have myself started my own weight loss journey, and lost about 50 pounds in 1 1/2 years. It's a slow process, with changes I will be comfortable with after I reach my goal. You need to find what works for you, and that needs trial and error.
    Keep on the good work Georg! Exposing those issue and the people who take advantage of insecurities of others without the bells and whistles, attention-grabbing titles and thumbnails and still have hundred of thousands of people watch it shows that there is a real desire to learn of the strange theatrics of those snake oil salesmen and in turn educate others.

Those who were imprisoned towards the very end may have received exactly zero calories (meaning no rations at) a day as well.

    I love how the TV/modeling standard for women is literally to cut yourself from protein and forego the concept of muscle mass entirely. The only 2 approved muscle groups being glutes and quads of course (gotta work that hip/waist ratio). All of this is the opposite of the idea of health. These people are deprived of any fitness, can't produce any kind of strength except endless low intensity cardio since they are so light. But this is somehow an ideal body-type to attain.
    My wife is the farthest ideologically from all this thin worship, we do strength work-outs and cardio together, eat normally, we both have a bit of fat and muscle. But even her will tell me some bullshit like: "yeah I don't wanna work my shoulders and arms, I don't wanna look like a gorilla", this is how deep this shit is ingrained. Most women think the slightest muscle definition will render into some testosterone monsters.
    TL;DR: eat normally, do sport, live better. Both men and women. Fuck modeling, these people are not healthy.

      @alisaishere 2 роки тому

      But you can't overwork those glutes and quads, because then you run the risk of losing the thigh gap. /s
      I always look to the dance community and some of the elite dancers. Yes, tons of eating disorders and issues with foods, but the top performers eat so much food to fuel their bodies to make it through long days of classes, rehearsals, and working out. They pick nutrient dense foods, with plenty of protein, and always aim to get in more than enough calories. I helped a principal dancer redesign her menu to meet her increased need for calcium and after plenty of calculations and measuring her calorie output, her meal plan sat around 4,000 calories. So, if a ballerina can eat 4,000 calories and still maintain a slim body, then the average person can eat a normal amount of calories that meets their caloric needs and get a nice body (obviously genetics plays a big role in how slim you can be).

"Aggressively basic" but in the most desperate way, as if it was just easier to adopt surface level trends than creating a personality or having genuine interests. This woman has ZERO personality, and absolutely NOTHING to say. Her entire identity is this way of life. There is a moment on the show at a dinner party where the other cast members are arguing with her; and instead of defending her, her husband can been seen shoving as much food in his mouth as possible. I cannot imagine how restrictive her home kitchen is. In many ways I feel bad for her, but her cruelty in projection against her clients and exploitation of vulnerable people is unforgivable. I experienced weight obsession and borderline eating disorder when I was a teen. It was the darkest time in my life. I felt like a failure when I ate literally anything, like I failed at being able to starve myself. I chewed gum constantly to keep myself from wanting to eat and my period even stopped for 5 months because I was so nutritionally deprived. I had to have my gallbladder removed as well, which I didn't realize was probably connected to my eating issues at the time. I've been through other hardships in my life, miscarriage and fertility issues, but even those don't begin to compare with how horrible I felt at the time of my eating disorder. It's hard to understand unless you've been through it yourself. This woman is only the tip of the iceberg though with bad weight loss tips. On youtube you have people basically telling you to eat the same kind of diet to loose weight, and the intermittent fasting is also really concerning to me.
