This lure is often used in the deep water and surf fishing, but it can also be used in big rivers and lakes when fish are far away. I prepare 18 grams of this lure when I fish trout in a dam lake.

I think the Cellulose Clear is not trademark. is this the coating paint name. This paint is mainly used for string instrument, but it is best for also lure making.

お聞きしたいのですがピンクバックを塗装する際に使用している塗料は、蛍光ピンクですか?綺麗に色がでているので気になりました、自分でやっても美しく出来なかったもので、宜しければ教えてください！よろしくお願いします。
2017年に作った動画なので記憶が曖昧なのですが、蛍光色ではなく基本色の赤色を使用したと思います。当時は、いつもより塗料を薄めて吹き付けた記憶があるので、おそらくアルミテープの反射や表面のクリアコート等の影響で蛍光色のように見えるではないかと思います。
