Sir,in the 2nd question,circumcision was done with anesthesia ,penile block.then can we code 54150,its the code for circumcision with anesthesia,In 54161,is there mention the case of anesthesia?Pls reply
For the second case why is -50 applied to the circumcision code and not the 54640?
