The moment he was apologizing to the dog and the dog was looking straight into his eyes broke my heart. But the 3 of them will be way better in the long run. It had to be done. Absolutely NO doubt about it.
That was heartbreaking, but he did the right thing. I found a stray dog once. Took him into the shelter and I cried when I dropped him off even though I only knew him for a few hours. I would have kept him bc he had no microchip but he didn't get along with my dog. I checked in on him for the next two weeks. He got a home quickly, so it was for the best.
@Cindy I bet he got adopted by his forever family. Sounds like he would be a great family dog. The stray dog I found was well behaved and had a good personality. When I dropped him off, the shelter said he would get adopted in no time. They were right!
Cindy I pray he was adopted too but if he was euthanized, remember all dogs( all animals) go to heaven! I know the Bible doesn’t say if the will but it also doesn’t say if they don’t. I truly believe animals are in heaven they are too pure for this world anyway, one day we will know the answer but for now this is my belief.

I have rescued many animals including feral/stray cats, dogs, large turtles, raccoons and different birds and I understand how this guy felt. One time I was feeding a seagull with one good eye that had a serious infection in the other eye. He could not see out of it and it was full of puss. @@Michelle-ov2lb completely incorrect Michelle. they are and they were are both shortened to they're*. Their = a belonging word or what is made or done by people. e.g. I am Their Neighbour. Their does not mean "they were". "Dogs aren't toys, they're living creatures" is the correct form.
NORO, why can't you just say that "their" is a "part of speech" called "the possessive case." Just two words. A good website to start would be something like Grammar Girl.
Oh so sad that man when he was saying sorry to that dog I felt his heart pain. Animals give us so much joy and love and sometimes we have to let go for their sake's. I am sure he feels he did the right thing by them to getting them secure and loving homes.
Wendy Elsey I had to give you a like. I agree with you 💯 %. And I think you’ll get 1000 or more likes too. 😊 this made me cry when this kind man was telling this beautiful dog he was sorry. I hope these two get adopted together. 🙏🎄🙏
Irene has that cute pit bull smile. I miss our pittie so much. I’m almost 70 so I can’t handle the strength of a pit bull anymore but people who have them know they are the most amazing dog breed. They are so affectionate and funny. We had 15 wonderful years with her. RIP Cleo.💙💙💙
We lost our Sasha this past mother's day. There's nothing like the smile of a Pitt. Hugging you ❤️. Perhaps our girls are smiling together in paradise ❤️
You can always see the joy and love in a pitty's face. What a forgiving, trusting and loving breed they are. So sorry for your loss.. have you considered adopting a senior pup? There are so many out there looking for homes, to spend their golden years lounging and being loved ♥️
It's hard to rile my emotions up with human drama. I'm very much stoic when it comes to that. That man crying as the dog was looking at him made me cry though. I love dogs. They are the only thing in this world that offer true 100% unconditionally love.
Bless this man for caring and watching over them, that many blessings come to him,I hope he realizes that without him George would've died thank God he called u guys u all were able to save his life I hope they get adopted together they have a strong bond, had me crying this morning, Merry Christmas to u all ,,,
Sometimes the hardest thing you do in the life of an animal or a person is the best thing that you do for them. It kills you but if it helps them it's all good. Thank you sir
They ar really cute dogs and Irene is very sweet. George is a bit shy. Please helps them find a family togethers Someone who love and care boths . They cant living widout each other. Thanks guys for saving them. Thanks. This video made me cry really 😢♥️
Can't get over how much that female, Irene, looks like my rescue female, named Sora. So happy that guy called for help with these two. Considering that George had bone cancer and needed his leg amputated, the caller, quite literally, saved his life by calling for their rescue. Good on him.. it takes a special kind of person to see past their own feelings to try to give someone else a better life. He's a good man and you can tell he was really attached to those beautiful dogs. I hope he gets updates once they're in their forever home together and realizes he did the best thing for them.
I felt terrible for the good Samaritan that helped save the dogs. But he absolutely did the best thing and did right by those dogs. I hope the humans they adopt to will invite him to come see them again...healthy & happy. It'll do his heart good to see that. 💞🐾💞🐾💞🐾💞🐾💞🐾💞🐾
That man has such a beautiful soul, he understands that dogs aren’t just simple animals, they’re beautiful and loyal creatures. I would probably feel the same way he did, but I hope he knows that he saved these beautiful dogs. The way that black dog looked in his eyes? He trusted him, he trusted this man and I think that’s what convinced him to go. Sir, if you see this video then please know that you saved these dogs and they’ll be thankful for the rest of their lives. ♥️

And people want to donate 20 million for the damn tree lol feel like those douchebag just want attention. These people go outside most of the time try to rescue dogs and only ask for 135,000
They both are beautiful! That man is a hero and one heck of a great human being. God bless him, and the same to you guys who work so hard to help these beautiful animals. Thank you good people!
You can bet humanity will be saved by people like this kind man. His military is Love and it is fueled by self sacrifice. Our heroes are not the cream that has risen to the top. Rather they will come from what lies deep and has been tempered by time and challenges that has opened their heart. ❤️🔥🙏🏼
Thank you for those words. full agreement here. after seeing what hideous frauds most of those termed 'leaders' are... i come to this channel for exactly the kind of inspiration you just described. that man with the tears for the dogs and these angels who help rescue so many... THESE people are what is good in the world.
So glad that guy called! i'm sure it wouldn't have been good for George to go much longer with that bone cancer in his leg!! He and Irene are an adorable couple! Irene looks like such a sweetheart. Hope they get a home together soon. 💞
That kind guy's heart was breaking. Bless him. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not always the most comfortable thing to do. Thank heavens he did call it in, else the bone cancer might have advanced to where it could not be effectively treated.
THAT man is such a good human being ! He has a big heart. May God bless him for saving those sweet dogs from all those monster humans abusing those vulnerable, sweet dogs
I feel for that guy so much! I can imagine his pain so clearly. You find these dogs and as someone with a big heart you naturally try to be loving. Irene comes bounding over with love and trust and you're all happy. Then George appears and won't come near you. You spend hour upon hour winning his trust, becoming the human that he's not scared of and worst of the worst, heartless humans turn up. You know the best thing for them is for them to go somewhere safe so despite all the pain, you let them go. I wish the guy had had the chance to see them again. I know for me it would have meant so much to have known my friends were safe and he was such a good and loving man. Nobody is perfect and I'm sure like everyone he has his faults but in this case, he's an angel.
That guy took GREAT care of them. (He should work with animals if he doesn't already). They need to be adopted together as I think George would pine away if he doesn't have his Irene. (George and Irene - is that the ghost couple from "Topper"? George is very dapper in his tuxedo, and Irene in her champagne-colored coat.)
loneliness 75% Just think, what would have happened. Either the neighbor would have sold them separately, or George’s life would not have been saved, so Irene would have lost her companion forever. My dogs are a very bonded couple as well: HE is uncomfortable with dogs he doesn’t know, but very attached to humans, while SHE will get along with almost every dog, but due to abuse, is very scared of strangers. Those couples depend on each other. My SHE would have shut down towards humans without him, HE is a lot calmer and confident, when she’s around, and doesn’t react as nervous as before, when we meet new dogs. It would be a shame to separate George and Irene.
I’ve always hoped that one day I will be able to adopt a bonded pair of dogs. Right now? All my devotion to my ageing little Australian Silky Terrier, to whom I am absolutely devoted, despite the problems she’s developing due to age. Yes, she was adopted too! Started her new life with me as an emancipated, flea ridden, matted stray. Soon the fleas were gone, she was properly groomed and she put on weight. I’ve loved her since she came to me from the RSPCA at 2 years old. I’ll love her for all the rest of her life.
Definitely want to give a well-deserved high five to that guy. He delivered two dogs in need to an organization -- backed by a community -- that is going to make sure they are saved. They're definitely going to be living their best life now.
So now I'm crying. It was the best Christmas gift the man could have given them. A second chance to be loved and a life-saving surgery so they can be together for a long time. I felt the man's pain, but I'm sure he now knows he did the right thing. Merry Christmas George and Irene❤️️

@AllYouKnowIsWrong they're is short for "they are" what ponies4life was saying is "they were" which is correct
Stop arguing about grammar and spelling and just appreciate this nice comment.
@@ghost_animates7926 stop telling people what to do and do one, helmet.
NORO, why can't you just say that "their" is a "part of speech" called "the possessive case." Just two words. A good website to start would be something like Grammar Girl.
That guy had me crying more than the dogs. Bless him.
Oh so sad that man when he was saying sorry to that dog I felt his heart pain. Animals give us so much joy and love and sometimes we have to let go for their sake's. I am sure he feels he did the right thing by them to getting them secure and loving homes.
Sry i cant like ur comment i dont wanna ruin the perfect 100
Wendy Elsey I had to give you a like. I agree with you 💯 %. And I think you’ll get 1000 or more likes too. 😊 this made me cry when this kind man was telling this beautiful dog he was sorry. I hope these two get adopted together. 🙏🎄🙏
The man was a nut job. It's a dog. Not a person. He didn't "betray" the dog.
Yes i came back for the 200 th ÷D
@@EPA18 yes its a dog. But people can get emotionally attache to a dog. It is heart breaking when people have to say goodbye to their dog
She did have a great smile! Sorry for the loss of your pittie. I'm sure she's loving dog heaven with an endless supply of bones and love.
Molly Hannah Thanks Molly.
We lost our Sasha this past mother's day. There's nothing like the smile of a Pitt. Hugging you ❤️. Perhaps our girls are smiling together in paradise ❤️
Aww that's a mazing
You can always see the joy and love in a pitty's face. What a forgiving, trusting and loving breed they are. So sorry for your loss.. have you considered adopting a senior pup? There are so many out there looking for homes, to spend their golden years lounging and being loved ♥️
Real men have emotions and love dogs and cats. He is a great example🐾💕💗
It's hard to rile my emotions up with human drama. I'm very much stoic when it comes to that. That man crying as the dog was looking at him made me cry though. I love dogs. They are the only thing in this world that offer true 100% unconditionally love.
“I feel bad because I gained his trust and it feels like I’m backstabbing him” made me cry
Silly man! He just is sad, missing them already.
You are a remarkable man who saved two dogs and realized when it was time to get more help. That’s the greatest love, sir. Much love. 💕🐝
Me to I cry I have 5 dog's
This man is great. His big heart saved these dogs.
Wow, this video is heartwarming.
They all are
I know what you mean🤗🐶🐕😢🌲
People say dogs don't understand the human language but they understand the language of life more than people think.
Dogs at first wont understand human language but I believe they learn the meanings of words through experience like babies do.
You forgot the “.” Between “people” and “think”
I Play 2 Win Truth Seeker dogs do understand human language. They can learn over a 100 words. :)
Ratty Amber *prompts
I believe they do understand they learn over 200 words
“I didn’t want to name them because I knew this was gonna happen.”
Okay, first HfP rescue that brought me to tears.
look at irene, she is such a happy little girl
her tail Is always wagging
And she NEVER stops smiling 😃
God Bless him for taking care of these dogs.
Bless this man for caring and watching over them, that many blessings come to him,I hope he realizes that without him George would've died thank God he called u guys u all were able to save his life I hope they get adopted together they have a strong bond, had me crying this morning,
Merry Christmas to u all ,,,
Gosh. Can’t help but tear up because the man cried. “I gained his trust and now...”
Oh sh!t.... crying
Such a good hearted guy. He didn't betray this dogs at all
Sometimes the hardest thing you do in the life of an animal or a person is the best thing that you do for them. It kills you but if it helps them it's all good. Thank you sir
Awww that sweet man - just wanted to give him a hug when he started crying..made me tear up too..
Ahhh what a sweet man, we need more people in the world like him.
They ar really cute dogs and Irene is very sweet. George is a bit shy. Please helps them find a family togethers
Someone who love and care boths . They cant living widout each other. Thanks guys for saving them. Thanks. This video made me cry really 😢♥️
Yes made me cry as well!
@@krisj4575 yes me too 😢
They mentioned in the video that they are a bonded pair, if I am informed correctly that means that they can only be adopted together :)

the tears and lump in throat of the guy who saved these dogs hit me hard. Respect my friend if you are watching this.
This guy is an amazing person. He put the dogs before himself❤️ what a sweet heart
Awww that man... he loves those dogs. And how can you not fall in love with those sweet dogs?
This guy is an angel
A bonded pair is the most beautiful thing - thank goodness George was rescued when he was ❤️
Yay you guys are almost close to your goal
if 130K is reached than goal is increased to 135K ( likely by tomorrow night ), i am hoping in 6 days when the time expires, it would have reached 140K + ( I feel sure it might reach 135K )
And people want to donate 20 million for the damn tree lol feel like those douchebag just want attention. These people go outside most of the time try to rescue dogs and only ask for 135,000
That's so sad but sweet that you rescued them
This video made me cry like a baby. God bless that man. He was so heartbroken but he did what was best for them
They both are beautiful! That man is a hero and one heck of a great human being. God bless him, and the same to you guys who work so hard to help these beautiful animals. Thank you good people!
That's why humanity can be saved, because of heroes like this guy, there's something to save
Thank you for reminding me! Happy 2020
You are sure right
You can bet humanity will be saved by people like this kind man.
The dude that helped these dogs is awesome. You can seen how the boy dog looked to him for support.
That man is one awesome human💗💗💗
That kind guy's heart was breaking. Bless him. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not always the most comfortable thing to do. Thank heavens he did call it in, else the bone cancer might have advanced to where it could not be effectively treated.
keep helping pets and make sure they donèt die have a really great christmas
I could feel the pain in this man's voice.... Heart braking !
I wish we could all line up and each one of us give that man a big hug and let him know how awesome he is. ❤❤❤
That man really cared for those dogs and he didn't betray them, he saved their lives. 🖤
THAT man is such a good human being ! He has a big heart. May God bless him for saving those sweet dogs from all those monster humans abusing those vulnerable, sweet dogs
Such gorgeous pups! Thanks, HFP! Also thanks to the man who contacted HFP and saved sweet George's life! You are a hero too!
I hope someone went back & told that guy that he actually saved that dog's life
What a kind and beautiful man. I cried when he cried. God Bless You ❤️❤️❤️
Betraying is not if someone loves you so much that he is ready to give you up for your own best. Thats heroic!
Yes - I am not religious and I do not pray, but I am praying to anything out there that this loving pair are adopted together!
damn i want to hug that dude. 3:02 don't say that! don't blame yourself! you do the right thing man. hope he feel better now.
loneliness 75% Just think, what would have happened.
I didn't want to cry today............but I cried!!! Wishing for a wonderful happy life for these beauties!!!
Oh my goodness. I wish that young man could visit these two dogs.
I felt so bad for the guy who was turning them over. He had such a big heart and love for them.
You guys are soo awesome you guys are such a great inspiration to everyone. Keep it up!
Definitely want to give a well-deserved high five to that guy. He delivered two dogs in need to an organization -- backed by a community -- that is going to make sure they are saved. They're definitely going to be living their best life now.
God bless u all and that Lovely sweetheart dude... U got my respect bro..
That dude is an angel!
Beautiful video. I was crying 😢 but the guy made the right decision 👍
So now I'm crying. It was the best Christmas gift the man could have given them. A second chance to be loved and a life-saving surgery so they can be together for a long time. I felt the man's pain, but I'm sure he now knows he did the right thing. Merry Christmas George and Irene❤️️
Continue this work! Please!
That man who felt he betrayed the pitties broke my heart T_T he did the absolute RIGHT thing! He helped them get a second chance at life! Blessed be that wonderful young man! He is a hero! His empathy and compassion are indeed a rarity! Thank you kind gentleman!!
This is the most touching rescue I have ever watched! ❤️ im crying 😭
Beautiful rescue. The young man was so emotional. I hope you keep in touch with him.
Hope from nepal
I hope they called George & Irene’s guardian angel back and shared the rest of the story with him. Such a lovely human-he deserves some joy of his own! 🥰
Yes he does!
that man is a hero.. i can fell/see his pain. he wants them but im sure can't.. when he said he wanted to name them but didn't because he 'KNEW' the dogs would be rescued.. :(
This world needs more MEN like this. Doing the right thing is never easy, but it sure does feel good.
Seeing that grown man crying while he spoke to the male dog made me think, I'm glad there are people who are emotionally available and kind hearted.
This gentleman is a hero and he doesn't know it the press always focus on the negative when here is a true story that shows humanity at its best
If the man who saved their lifes reads this: thank you so much! ❤
You are a great human beeing🤗
I just want to hug this young man , I think he is the the hero in this story . George and Irene , sending prayers and lots of love for a happier life!

I hope that man go to hear about what happened to them after he saved their lives.❤

Good Man saved there lives no doubt. No more Hunger no more Fear. God Bless.
God bless you kind Sir. You did not betray them, you helped them. You have a huge heart and he knew you had to let go to help. You gave to him and he gave to you. Merry Christmas to all of you, you are all angels. God bless.
Merry Christmas 🎄
Do people who call these in ever get to keep up to date on these guys? I want him to know he saved his life and that so many people care about him.
Tser yes I’ve heard them say in previous videos they update the caller up until the dog is adopted 💓
all homeless pets should be "betrayed" this way.
Jensen Healey. homeless pets should be "betrayed" by being saved and adopted.
You spelled *saved wrong
Weird way to put it
@@polarcat0156 That’s called a Paradox
@Jensen Healey The guy felt like he had betrayed the dogs trust, that's why Margaret put betrayed in quotes. If you actually watch the video it makes sense what they said.
