how can you play coop story on lan for me it says error I turnt my firewall off

@@koteyka_by he is a turkish guy and i wrote turkish to him.I said “you cannot play online anymore because ubisoft shutted down the whole servers.So you can only play with lan connection.” That’s what i typed to him.
