I remember those days with little ones and running my work at home job plus farming and doing all that plus manually entering QuickBooks accounting and taking care of the home. I had to give myself permission to hire help to clean every six months. My ex husband was not supportive at all.
It's so wonderful to see a couple truly working together!! I did enjoy this. People don't understand that running an online biz takes more time and effort than running a storefront...we have to do self promotion too.

I am working on inventory and have not set up my shop yet, but I get a little discouraged when I see that people making the most money have digital/printable shops.

I was tearing up watching this because this is what my life looks like right now as I am getting things going and I thought it was not the "right" way and that I'll never be able to get where I'd like to be. This totally put the "dream" into perspective. This stage is all about working with what I've got and it might feel like a lot right now (kids, home, laundry, husband, finding the minuscule amount of time to work), but it's just an adjustment to a new way of life and it will get easier, or at least I'll get use to the dynamic. Thank you for sharing yours to help me gain perspective of mine

I don’t think people realize how insane it can be running a small business out of your home and what it really takes to be high volume.
What is the long term goals for you? How sustainable is this for you and you’re going to continue keeping the business in your home indefinitely? Looking at your situation, I wouldn’t want to move..because moving is the worst and I’d rather suffer than move.

Ok, this is being beyond authentic! I agree with Gina, YOU ROCK! I think you should at least have hubby make gourmet PBJ's I'm serious; get a nice peanut or organic almond butter (high end) along with a pure fruit jam (top shelf) and a nice rustica bread that is also really nice. It's the little things in life that matter :) The boys are adorable bty.

Great question! Right now I’m fortunate that my husband’s job is flexible enough that he can cover childcare sometime if they are sick. Other times my assistant that helps with my Etsy shop is an angel and helps too.
I have a service based business and my 2 kids are the same age… But I do cook and clean… I work and take calls until midnight most days. Mama is tired 😴

I really need to get my first sales I am getting a lot of anxiety about it
I keep feeling the my kids are not getting enough time in those early years, Both under 2-5. Even though I do not have a crazy routine like this. Keeping it that insane, is it all worth it. I mean maybe I should settle for a little less in those initial years and then give more time to business. How do you deal with that feeling?
