The loft space was amazing for a playroom, big enough for a huge sectional and their toys, but you're right the kitchen especially, was smaller than I would have liked.

All pregnancies are different. I had a noticeable drop with my second baby. He was born 3 weeks early and a few days before he was born I noticed a drop and everyone was telling me the baby dropped. Some women don't notice a drop until they go into labor and that maybe the case.
Krista Bowman Ruth yes only because I live here in Georgia, I know you can find a new construction with a much better kitchen and you may not have to even deal with installing rails. A brand new home you shouldn’t have to do much but decorate and put in better lighting fixtures.

Just in case you didn't know. after your first baby, you can't see the baby drop. I don'tknow why. It just is.
