They will probably produce this car but if course in it’s own livery and perhaps that will drop the model price? The promotional offering is hard to go off of since it’s a brand new platform unlike the previous slash/Xmax & other “snap on” vehicles.

Another RC channel was saying after talking with someone at traxxas that the snap on edition vehicles are a big profit on their own, they wouldn't need a production run to justify them. But everyone wants one of these so I wouldn't doubt a full run comes.

Especially if it's actually valued at 500 + like he said, Much better Traxxas options for that kind of money, It's a novelty it's a shelf Queen, and that's fine for some people and not for others....

Well it's just not like the other cars either it's pretty much a shelf queen, idk maybe you could find some applications but look at what all you get with a 4s Maxx for same price and what all you can do. It's pretty overpriced. But if that's your thing, that's your thing. I couldn't ever really get into Traxxas specialty cars.
