Since you showed me how to DIY... I just did it. Yes, getting the filter cover retaining clip off was the hardest part. I saw the hole and the design of the clip on the cover, and thought "maybe they put that there on purpose, so I could push a round tool into it and release the clip..." Nope. The hole on the frame is a smaller diameter, and deadends, and doesn't have anything to do with the release function (as far as I can tell). So I used a medium sized flat blade screwdriver and put it between the frame and the clip, and gently pried the clip off. Not being able to see up there doesn't help! Thank you Aaron! Paul BTW, I have seen a few of your other videos (I think 996 and Boxster), and you do a good job of "showing us how" Please keep it up.
Best DIY I've seen on the cabin filter so far.
+@dtsang508 appreciated, thanks! 🍻
Very good video Aaron. You showed all the clips and things to watch for! Thank you.
+@EhWassAmattaU thanks! 🍻
