മൂന്നാം തവണ ബിജെപി അധികാരത്തിൽ തുടരുമ്പോൾ അത് സീറ്റെണ്ണത്തിൽ റെക്കോർഡായി . മോദി മാജിക്ക് തുടങ്ങിയ 2014ൽ പോലും കിട്ടാത്ത ഭൂരിപക്ഷം നേടിയാണ് ഹിന്ദി ഹൃദയഭൂമി വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കാതെ ബിജെപി കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിച്ചത് .അനുകൂലമായ നിരവധി ഘടകങ്ങൾ കളഞ്ഞുകുളിച്ച കോൺഗ്രസ് ഹരിയാന ജനവിധി വിശ്വസിക്കാനാവാതെ മൗനത്തിലായി. ജമ്മുകശ്മീരിൽ നാഷണൽ കോൺഫറൻസിന്റെ തണലിൽ ഭരണത്തിലേക്ക് എത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞതാണ് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന് ആശ്വാസം . എന്നാൽ ജമ്മുവിൽ ബിജെപിയുമായി നേരിട്ട് ഏറ്റുമുട്ടി കോൺഗ്രസ് തകർന്നടിഞ്ഞു. ജമ്മുവിൽ 43 ൽ 29 സീറ്റും നേടി ബിജെപി ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സീറ്റ് നേട്ടത്തിലാണ് . ഇതാ ഇന്ത്യസഖ്യയം അത്ഭുതം കാട്ടാൻ പോകുന്നു എന്ന നിലയിൽ നിന്ന് ബിജെപിയുടെ തിരിച്ചുവരവ് എന്തിന്റെ സൂചനയാണ്. പ്രൈം ഡിബേറ്റ് ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നു .
