Kenya's relationship with South Africa has never been good, thanks to Kenya making friends with SAs apartheid regime when all other African countries were against apartheid. Jomo Kenyatta and Moi were in bed with the apartheid regime. Kibaki, and Uhuru who had chances to mend the broken ties were indolent or didn't care.

Raila had everything in his favor to win the election but he relied on the wrong people, the coersed but unwilling civil servants, a president who had lost favor with his constituency yet a poor, uncharismatic leader, and an overconfident home electorate who failed to come out and vote. Ruto on the other hand was literally fighting for his life and you know that when you are in a fight with a man who has nothing to lose, the fight is vicious. Raila was laid back, Ruto campaigned for 24 hour/ 7 days. Raila always did great when he was the underdog, not this time.
Africa leaders they do meet to eat nothing of importance out of thr visits!

Democracy dictates to be tolerant, Democracy cannot operate unless we are tolerant ,you yoleremt your friend your neighbor to have a different opinion different from yours, you don't have to call him names ,he has a right to differ from your,that is his fundamental right that he was made to be managed by you.
@@benardmakori6924 You can't judge Presidents saying that they only come to eat.That idea alone is far fetched.Why can't you be positive?Does it mean they haven't achieved anything?They exchange ideas especially about the global climate changes and much more.When we have a conducive atmosphere for business ventures between different countries, it helps in economic growth.When we don't have a good relations between presidents,we can't develop.
