On episode 11 of The Jon Mahon Show we were joined live by the lead singer of Holding Absence Lucas Woodland!
With the new Holding Absence Album 'The Noble Art Of Self Destruction' dropping on August 25th and the band releasing the latest singe from it 'Honey Moon' on Friday we thought it was the perfect time to get Lucas on the show to chat about how everything is going!
Also during this conversation we had to pull Lucas up on a tweet that he sent out revealing that there is a collaboration between himself and Vessel from Sleep Token!!
However before you get too excited, according to Lucas he doubts "it'll ever see the light of day"
For now we can close our eyes and just imagine how beautiful those harmonies are.

Sleep Token and Holding Absence are literally my 2 favorite bands rn, how does Lucas not think they are in the same fan base??? A Sleep Token/Holding Absence show would go so hard!!
Lucas is way too humble, Holding Absence would absolutely slay supporting Sleep Token, I get that a lot of HA stuff is a lot more upbeat sonically than Sleep Token's stuff but as someone that loves both bands I think Sleep Token fans would absolutely love songs like Wilt, Penance, and Nomoreroses
