No woman’s life is over at 28. I’ve never heard such nonsense in my life. Being a housewife IS NOT a career!! I returned to college at age 28 and earned the degree I always wanted. It’s never too late to earn your degree and choose your career. My Mother always told me I could be anything I wanted to be🙋🏽♀️💋
I know women whose career goal have always been to be a housewife and mother. They went to university to earn their degrees (sometimes more than one) while waiting for Mr Right. They never worked a job in their life. Of course their parents had the money to enable them to do so. Most of us couldn’t do it even if they wanted as we have to earn our living.
The only time I have ever heard a school professor say something so horrific to a young woman was in an ultra conservative and ultra religious (Christian) university. This kind of thing is disgusting and in a normal school that professor would have been removed from tenure.
I have no idea why anyone , man or woman would give up a career for a spouse . Unless the spouse is rolling in millions of dollars , there is no one who can live a decent life on a single income .

What's the problem? As many vas do several characters in one story, there must be SOMETHING to tell them apart, right? Either an accent, or / and another pitch. It's much harder to follow if they all sound the same. Or would you prefer a main character with an (probably annoying) accent? I also think it's part of showing that they are the "bad guys"...
