what i love of russian arms is that they look cheap but work better than any fancy european or american weapon
that's the most impressive machine I have ever seen! and I really like the design of the bullpup sniper rifle; easy reloading (without looking away from the scope, like with normal bullpup rifles) and having a longer barrel in the same size gun is a real advantage!
Nice videos U got here, interesting how they have upgraded their small arms on the American pattern with their own improvements. Looks like some older tech adapted very well for modern needs. Their stuff works, I loved my 53 vintage soviet SKS the assorted AKM variants I had.

АСВК (или КСВК) "КОРД" и пулемёт "КОРД" 12,7 мм. С 1000 метров легко пробивает БТР или выводит из строя пусковые установки ракет.....Побольше бы таких...

me personally, would go for an semi-automatic, gas-operated rifle. Semi-automatics are a great choice for taking down multiple targets; group of patrolling cars or an target that takes more shots to take down; an armored vehicle. They have been proven to be effective by combat experience, and they are allot of fun to shoot. Witch rifle? an popular model that catches people eyes (especially if you take it to a shooting range)like the Barrett M82, but if you are in the army, the choices is limited

Yes i do know a little bit. For example, The m4/m16 platform rifles are mainly 5.56 x 45. but some variants like the Colt CM901 and the Armalite AR10 are 7.62 x 51. Getting into sniper rifles, the Remington 700 is mainly 7.62 x 51 or .300 Winchester Magnum, etc. Also battle rifles like the M14 are chambered in 7.62 x 51.
Simple, cheap, easy to operate, reliable, deadly, infinitely customizable- It's called the AR15, and it is made with pride right here in the USA.

Стрелял я на полигоне ТОЧМАШа в гор. Климовске из такой снайперской винтовки, классная вещь... Только полигон (для частников) потом закрыли из-за статьи Хинштейна в "МК". Попал 3 раза из 3-х патронов. Однако щит был далеко стрелял просто чтобы попасть в мишень. Такое оружие надо массово в армию, всем врагам на зло.

Скажу одно, все зависит от разработчика, как реализовать сам механизм и какие материалы применить.Но если нет спроса на такие разработки, то их не будут выпускать, ибо это затратно.

Well, russian attitude in gun design is pretty practical "try to make similar gun with fewer parts".
Usually that means hardware that just works, like Mosin-Nagant rifles and the AK-47.
And numerous other great designs.

That's crazy, that 12.7x108 just ripped through that IFV, a .50 bmg could never do that unless you use the expensive Raufoss mk 211

ofcourse the main function of the bullpup design is to make the rifle in overall shorter, but I thought it would be an idea to use that extra space to get a rifle with an extra long barrel in a comfortable/reasonable size. But then I ask myself, if a super long barrel is practical or even effective (I often question myself after having an idea)
yes but you have to remember that this happened before the war began, we didn't want to be in between the biggest army in the world and growing to be the most powerful army in the world.

I was reading from history books, and wikipedia has everything what history books have too. I passes all those lessons when i was going to elementaries and high schools. And as far as i know, USSR was taking care of nazi's more than anything. USA defended China, Korea, Australia etc.. from Japan invasion, we destroyed Japanese fleet, and they havent recovered untill some time. In order not to lose 50k more soldiers we nuked Japan. And we won 50% of the world war 2.
