The melody is beautiful, Olivia's voice is mesmerising hypnotising to listen to (besides the melody & song itself) & the poetic lyrics (love poetry, by the way) are incredibly home-hitting that I have memories of me saying these things to the people who made me question what love is. Love the triplet quarter notes!!!! Brings a lot of drive and just the right amount of that tension/release to the piece!!!! Don’t really hear a lot of pop music using them, so it’s nifty
I love everything about it. Once again a song that sounds very much like your sound but taking us elsewhere in the journey. The bittersweet verses with that beat draw us in and then the vocals soar. Might be my favorite so far.
You guys are great. I've played classical piano for almost a decade now, but playing jazz piano in middle school was the most fun ive had with music. I've fallen out of it with academic pressure and college app prep in highschool, but I'm very happy to see that young people are still in bands making inventive beautiful music. Actually couldnt listen for a while because i was jealous. Looking forward to seeing you succeed!
