Keep making videos! I'll keep watching. I like the fan with sunglasses👍
Good job on your first video. I came here from our favorite 50 year old Japanese man. I'm sorry things aren't going well but I hope to see a video from you 6 months from now where you tell us how much things have improved for you. I subbed, I wish you well.
Thank you so much!
What was your job? I think western companies fire/layoff more than japanese companies imo. Especially if you're working from overseas and the company is based in US/Canada/etc. they follow their own labor laws instead of Japans. I think finding work in japan is tough without N2. Best of luck to you dude.
Thank you! 🙏
I was working as a ui/web designer for a company that sells electronics in US/Canada.
The problem is that after a few months, there wasn’t much design tasks to do so they asked me to become a “product tester”.
For the past few years I was receiving and testing their products, sending feedback to manufacturers etc.
Now I feel like I lost all my confidence and skills as a designer. I spent too much time doing a job that had nothing to do with my experience, and now I’m with a portfolio that is outdated, and not sure if I should keep looking for design jobs or actually switch to product testing, even though I was doing it randomly for the company.
