The best smash burger I've ever had - Stack (Food Truck) in Jersey City, NJ

Would you believe me if I said the best smash burger I've ever had came from a food truck?! I've eaten a lot of smash burgers over the last year in the NYC/NJ area, and the "8 Ball" burger from Stack tops them all: double wagyu smash burger with American cheese, onion rings, homemade chili crisp, and Ocho sauce (half Stack sauce, half chimichurri).
