Both specifications are same and good tv, only advantage with Motorola is that you will get the gamepad with Motorola TV.

Is range me achcha option h ye, video quality achchi h, voice quality bhi achchi, design bhi achcha h. Booting time thoda slow h. Overall good option in this price ....
