Nice video!
I would maybe recommend putting a timestamp in the description for when the triggers start because I personally always skip the whole breathing and relaxation thing cuz it just makes me focus on my body more instead of relaxing.

@@lemurianchick Idk it's just more comfortable for me to breathe naturally. If I start thinking about it, it becomes too mechanical.
