Hi Mr. Lombardi, Its Andre Ambarchyan. I don't know if you remember me, but you were my 1st and 6th grade science teacher in Balboa Elementary. Your classes really helped me excel in Middle School and beyond. I'm currently a freshman in high school, and I just wanted to check back on your channel again. You were one of my favorite teachers. Keep up the great work, and I hope you are doing well!
Hi, Andre! Of course I remember! Can't believe your class/year are in high school now! And what a year to start it! Next school year should be somewhat normal... So glad to hear this from you! You're were among my top students. Best wishes wrapping up this school year. Send my regards to your mom. Ad astra, Mr. L
Wow I loved this!! I'm a kindergarten Teacher and tomorrow's class is about asteroids. I'm going to show them your video, I'm sure they are going to love it!!
@@LombardiLabs @LombardiLabs Yes I will come back tomorrow and let you know! I know that the content is not for their level but I want to use the first experiment as a provocation for them to find a way to represent the impact of an asteroid, so WE'LL SEE!🙌🏼
@@LombardiLabs Hi! I just saw your answer, well let me tell you that they loved you haha! One of my students said at the end and I quote "This is the best show ever", they made me play the video a second time because they were very excited watching the experiments even though they didn't really understand the explanations lol. They created their own asteroid impacts using sand and rocks of different sizes, they had so much fun!! THANK YOU!
@@anatapia2950 Yay! Thank you for the insight! I had NO idea (0 data) on how this would play for kinder kids. I'm glad they were able to do something with their hands. My 8th graders could only watch remotely...
hi Mr. Lombardi! I dont know if you remember me, but its me Angelina (Angie) from your 6th grade class back in... 2018 I think? I was in your last class in Balboa Elementary :) I was surprised and happy to see you still uploading! I was just telling my friends about the science club I was in and remembered your channel and just came to comment hi and to keep up the great work! You’re the best science teacher ever!! (ps: I still have that Laboratory Lary poster thing you gave me...)
Hi Angie! Thank you so much! I’m sure I remember you! I just know so many Angies... What’s your last name? Last year of Balboa was great! I still have footage from our club that I didn’t use yet!
Thanks for this amazing video! I learnt a lot from it for my science fair!! I wish you taught me for science class, then I would actually think school is fun lol
Thats a good shirt! That is actually a moon of Saturn. Saturn has 83 moons, currently. That moon is called "Mimas" it has this huge crater on its service. That was probably caused by an meteor that hit Mimas Millions of years ago. (Thats my guess) Mimas is known as the death star in real life. Its a pretty interesting moon.
I am a Filipino solarballs lover and you are a scientist so do you know how the moon was created? Well I know. The earth was a fiery planet 4B years ago and it had a twin named Theia. Theia was earths twin and then years later, Theia crashes into the earth and then it forms our moon by the gravity. And then years later, earth grows an atmosphere. Then years later again, Earth grows water all of a sudden. And 4B years later we have our home today!
Amazing video quality Mr. Lombardi, hope you're doing well and your channel has grown exponentially! Greetings from your class of 2015!
Many thanks! Who from the class of 2015?!
@@LombardiLabs Kevin Montanez Mendoza! Probably the most impactful teacher I've had throughout elementary was you! Just wanted to give my thanks!
I remember you, Kevin! Nice student! Glad to hear from you. And thank you for your sentiment. It made my day!🤗

Lombardi: whoops I broke the glass
Lombardi, several seconds later: ANYWAY YOU CAN TRY THIS AT HOME preferably on your parents' most expensive glass
I'm 99% sure that none of these kids have a marble launcher at home...
