Fello Subaru addict from Australia here…that sti suspension is rare and valuable to my knowledge? @metzenw86. Sti suspension isn’t normally adjustable except for the Tommy.. something rally driver spec ones in the sti catalogue. They’re basicallly custom adjustable Kyb’s struts and shocks to the rally driver spec. They’ll last long than other coliovers but be jdm style bouncy
@@jamiem9849 yeah, I had planned to swap out the coilovers for more mild struts and ship the old ones off to get rebuilt. There was very few things left you could have done to the suspension on that car to improve it. Originally it came with a 5 speed with DCCD which is rare in itself. But I broke that transmission after I did the 2.5L swap. So the engine is a stock EJJ257 shirt block with EJ20K heads. EJ20G intake and turbo. I rebuilt the turbo and thru a billet impeller on it as the old turbo eat the old air filter before I got it. I can go all day with the things I did to that car.

I've been watching since probably winter of 2020 and have started to listen to the sent and bent podcast. With as many times as I've heard Steven talk about wanting a chopper I'm really hoping to see Steven's Chopper turn into a build series 🙏 😬 I love all the projects big and small Premium and Jank... but most of all the energy you guys have with each other! Honestly when I first started watching Ethan and Edwin were brothers.
Maybe Will is colorblind so that may be a reson for booth incidents😅. But toe-senseless is also an option. Btw great podcast, great storys like always, enjoyed it. Greetings from Croatia❤
I rear ended one of those 'Beru's in Newberg, OR once...tapped it pretty good with my work truck in a turn lane on a green light... dude's wife was pregnant and shaken up, so I was talking her down and making sure she was alright and the whole time dude was almost crying about his car.. he'd swindled it in grey market thru Sweden or something...we exchanged info and I convinced him he has to go get his wife checked out. My insurance agent called a few days later wondering if I had rammed a racecar or something... the decklid had a lil crease and the trunk floor had a wrinkle...but a bolt boss had broken off the diff and it was gonna cost like $3k to procure one...I told the agent I thought it was prolly legit and they ended up fixing the stuff he wanted done.
So a Swindly brother got swindled himself. Poor Will was sold by nothing more than a clutch slip :D ngl though, turning all four wheels would probably sell me as well. Also, he's the ONLY person I would believe when he says he was racing responsibly.
I think we need to make the moustache challenge a little more equitable. Will loses his moustache if he makes a bad decision, but the rest of the time, he makes wild content. Ethan is the old man, but he just sits in his shop and builds stuff..... so Ethan loses his moustache if he DOESN"T make a bad decision... over 30 days. Hes good for a while for just rolling the bike out the shop with no brakes or steering, but we're getting close now...
