Nebraska played well. Wisconsin's Taylor was amazing. But, the Badger defense still seems a bit out of sorts. The Nebraska fans were very nice to us Badgers fans--thanks~!
Wisconsin started out like madmen. 255 points for and 29 points allowed. Then Wisconsin lost. The Badgers looked like a possible elite team capable of a top 5 finish. Then they either overlooked Illinois or they just played bad. Either way that loss deflated them. Then the Ohio St. beating. Don't get me wrong, this team is still great. But they could have been elite. Hopefully Iowa beats Minnesota. If Wisconsin can take care of Purdue, they then face Minnesota. A win againsy Minnesota could propel Wisconsin back up in the rankings.
They could end up top 10 but miracles aside playoffs are out of the question. They aren't a great team, great teams have impact players who make plays against ALL not some of the competition. Illinois proved that Wisconsin is good not great. And OSU even made the good status questionable.
Wisconsin sure started strong against weak competition save for maybe Michigan at home, but even before they lost to Illinois I thought they’d get 50 dropped on them by Ohio State.
A win versus Minnesota probably would propel them back up the rankings, but if the Minnesota game is for the right to get beat down by Ohio State again...Is it worth it?
I’ve been wondering that myself. Ultimately I think yeah, you gotta play to win every game. But yeah, Ohio State could score 50 on Bama or anyone else and it wouldn’t surprise me. They look like the best team in quite awhile.
Martinez has the ball. Martinez breaks thru the line. Martinez crosses the 50. Martinez still on his feet. Martinez hurdles the entire defense. Martinez being protected down the sidelines by Jesus Christ. These announcers are apparently in love with the name Martinez.
HUSKERS played a great game today. Even though they didn’t take home the W they played like a real team and made some big plays. I can only imagine what the next few years has in store.
As a Badger fan I have nothing but respect for Nebraska. They fought HARD. And yes they will be a lot better soon. They NEVER gave up and that's the sign of a winner. Again respect to Nebraska. Great game.
Edster III I like Wisconsin fans like seriously my grandpa RIP was Wisconsin fan and you guys are most of the time really nice but like Colorado fans are just jerks and Minnesota fans are just to cocky thank god for Iowa putting them into the ground today tho.
Allen Saunders nebraska has been trash for a very long time it takes time to fix all of that but you have people who want frost gone like he is the only one that can fix this program it is going to take time tho
Spark Adventures to be fair, all frost does it make excuses “we gotta defend better, we gotta score better, tackle better” but then the same game it’s the same shit and even still the same shit as last year, if you want it to be better then do it better god dammit
I like to say to both of you that Frost during the Post game conference pretty much said that the defense is shit and how it should be better and he was piss about it.
And this is why I said they never deserved to be ranked in the beginning of the season. Yes you can make an argument that they have talent. But you can’t assume they are a top 25 team just because they have talent that’s UNPROVEN. They will most likely and hopefully go 5-7, a one game improvement.
I was happy to see Nebraska and Scott Frost agree to an extension. Everyone saw what he accomplished at UCF. He is the real deal, and will make Nebraska football a premier program again.
Nebraska should've kicked the late chipshot FG instead of going for it on 4th down, just to (hopefully, assuming Wisconsin didn't score again) cover the spread and troll the gamblers. "We may not win the game, but at least we can hand you all a bad beat."
Because 4th down failures. Also that big run by mills where he took us down around the 20 before running out, could’ve boosted the score, the morale of the team, and his own numbers, but he ran out, wtf
Let's see; poor tackling, a few protection breakdowns, a missed field goal, two possible touchdown drives negated. This game was a lot closer than you think. Just lack of execution. Other than the obvious mistakes, I thought we hung with them pretty well.
I was expecting us to lose 70-0. With that being said, I’m surprised our offense even scored a touchdown, let alone a field goal. Considering who we went up against and how we reacted ( but not the outcome), this was in my opinion our best game of the year. With that also being said, I can’t wait to watch us lose to Maryland and Iowa by 40
Well better then a lot of people thought so you know hm let’s get ready for some more. But we should have played like we did in the first quarter all game.
Am I the only one bothered by the clearly missed field goal at 4:00 ? It is really blatant... slow it down as much as u want, the ball passed on the other side of the upright..... yet it still counted... I mean I know it was only 3 points, but that is some seriously bad officiating
No that ball went in behind the left upright. It was a good field goal plus on another channel they I watched the same field goal and it was good. Unless the ball goes over the upright it’s really hard for a ref not to mess up a call to where it almost has to be intentionally missed. They stand under each upright so it’s an easy call to make
When McCaffrey takes over at QB, Nebraska will be a top 10 team. Within 3-5 years, they'll be contenders for the National Championship. Reinforcements are on the way, and they have a great coach in Scott Frost. He's a coach that they didn't need to extend because he's never leaving Nebraska. He loves his school and his players and he will restore Nebraska back to where they were when he played there.
@@williamessex3518 ,i agree. He will win with some 3,4 and 5 star recruits. The mistakes that causes them to lose games will be corrected will the addition of more good players because right now they don`t have enough.

No problem from a husker fan for being nice
I was at that game as a Badger fan myself. I gotta hand it to you Husker fans, you are a class act!
Two teams who's only uniform difference is the Logo
Nebraska doesn’t have stripes on the pants anymore and they have one stripe on the helmet instead if of two.

Yup and Nebraska is a third tier Division II ...only with a large stadium and enrollment
Wisconsin sure started strong against weak competition save for maybe Michigan at home, but even before they lost to Illinois I thought they’d get 50 dropped on them by Ohio State.

Missed tackles: the game.
As a Notre dame fan I am
Happy with this outcome
How does that matter? Go Irish!
jtg1124 Why do you even care?
jtg1124 I mean, I'd see why you'd want Wisconsin to lose, but why are you happy about them winning? Lol.
Because I hate Jews

More disappointing seasons for frost in the future. Predicting he gets fired before success 😂
Daniel S You'll need a new coach or just a bunch of good players from Georgia.
miami and Tennessee even Illinois seem to have turned a corner and on the way up. Nebraska can't seem to get there act together

Mills didn’t have to run out of bounds either
Badgers own Nebraska and the west
badgers doing good
Nice
How in the hell does our offense amass almost 500 yards and Mills gain almost 200 yards rushing, and STILL come out with an L!?!?
Because 4th down failures. Also that big run by mills where he took us down around the 20 before running out, could’ve boosted the score, the morale of the team, and his own numbers, but he ran out, wtf
