Restoring the brake calipers on my 1990 BMW 325is. Super happy with the results. I will be making a separate video on the rear calipers.

Does the Girling needs a hardware for the pads to slide? My 960 has in the front but not in the back. Kinda confused. 😂

What is the liquid you dip the heated bolts into? What is the purpose of that?

That’s so called „blueing“. You put hot stuff into normal oil. Creates a protective layer. There is also a little bottle with „Cold blueing“ for parts you cannot heat up like that.
