Even if we take into account Chinese/Indian(partial Hellenistic, Thanks Baktria) progress simultaneously- take a good overall look and tell me that they would have ever evolved pass their obsession with 'heavenly mandates' and emperor tyrants which led to endless massive genocidal wars... Thats still a massive set back and look at the hive-minded mindset the CCP has fostered in the 21st century... Tl;DR: Kill your Tyrants, before they kill you- The fire is being smothered once again.
