I googled this. It's called Wish of the Fairy Fish and it came out 2023. But this narrator got all the the names wrong. called them Ivan and Yanna. The boy is actually called emelya and the girl as a fish is called Magic Pike. As a human she is called anfissa. He probably made up names cause the AI couldn't pronounce it. But that's the rundown.
