I got a disc and box for less than the digital which I can sell later and get some money back so it’s really good valve to buy physical media.

I even copped from Best buy back in February only to have them send it to a store in the wrong state, they refused to send it to my state (which was less that 400 miles away) so they cancelled my order and made me wait 20 days to refund my $499. Finally was lucky to get that amazon drop. To all those still needing their console, keep your head up and keep trying, you will be rewarded for your hard work eventually ✌️
I used an app called Hot Stock and got a digital PS5 for someone else and disc PS5 for myself. I'd get an alert when stock is available. Have to be very quick though.
As always your tips are actually helpful and amazing. I have two DualSenses for my PC and PS5 but sometimes my cousin comes over and I connect both to the PS5. It wasn’t at my house so we wasted a lot of time trying to find a compatible cable to connect it - the remote play idea is so smart!
1:15 This tip actually reminded me: back with the PS3, when you pressed the eject button, it would pop out the disc without turning on the console. Unfortunately, this stopped being the case with PS4.

8:20 You can have haptic feedback on remote play while on PC. All you have to do is go to the sound icon on Windows 10, select the wireless controller, and then switch back to your main audio device.

How the Haptics audio trick works. Speaker is a coil with a membrane. The coil vibrates the membrane which creates the sound. If you remove the membrane you are left just vith vibrations. That's basically how haptics works and why is easy to program those. You don't need to add vibrations to sounds, you just allow certain sounds to be played via that extra "speaker".
This is super helpful as always especially the parts about manual disc release, triangle button going to search and the pin to side option for browser.
I have never been disappointed when you upload videos man, thank you, the browser thing is amazing. That was definitely a key feature I felt was missing when I first booted up my PS5
The manual disc rescue is also how you quiet your disc drive if it sounds crazy outta the box, takes like 2 minutes and will make your disc drive nearly silent.

That trick of playing music through the DualSense and getting haptic feedback (presumably the sub-woofer channel) brings to mind tearing a DualSense apart and mounting different pieces into a vest. Attach the motors to hard plates on either side of the vest, put the controller controls on the front in a pocket area, and a headphone jack (possibly using a headphone extension cable on the top-front near the collar (or where a shirt's breast pocket would be) to plug in your own speakers. Might be an interesting music listening experience.
I've actually used that disc wake up since finding it on PS3, really handy in certain situations, I'm pretty sure I even used to wake up my fat PS2 by pressing the open disc tray button
A very simple feature that I want: I want party chat/people's voices to come through to the TV instead of coming through the controller. That'd be cool if that was an option

And the only one that took me significantly longer to finish was Going Commando. Everything else including Rift Apart fell into the 12-14 hour range.
I've noticed the haptic feedback acting like a speaker in Ratchet and Clank. In a club where the bass is strong, I literally could hear the song with audio off just through the vibration of the gamepad. Awesome stuff. :)

He mentiomed in the video, to make it harder to access since many exploits come from the web browser. The browser is not completely removed from the system because it is absolutely necessary for some apps to work like streaming services for example

Something like that would have been nice to have on the PlayStation 3 when I was collecting the spaceship parts and letter scraps in GTA 5 so I could play the game and look at the guides at the same time (something I do on PC a lot), but the PS3 probably doesn't have enough RAM to do that.

The only issue I am having is using remote play, I can get everything connected and running but it won't accept my controller? When will we get official ps5 extended storage cards? That's my only issue about the ps5 so far. The lack of storage makes me have to delete games over and over.
The only alternative is taking an extended hard drive and moving ps5 games onto it. I just moved my NBA 2K21 PS5 version onto my extended hard drive, I can't play it unless I move it back on to the ps5 but it's better than deleting it and redownloading
I think they are going to announce something really soon according to some youtuber I saw a couple days ago, but for the price of a 2TB ssd you can buy a whole another system, not to mention the 4TB. Ridiculous
There won't be official "storage cards". That's Xbox. Once they've tested enough PC drives that are fast enough, they can simply activate the extended storage via a firmware update.
The fact that they didn’t add the Settings gear to the quick pop up PS-button menu is frustrating. I need to enter settings quite often - it’s super annoying to have to go to home screen and scroll first. At least the triangle △ shortcut u just told me about helps a little.

3:53.... I used to do that back in 2013. I remember one of my coolest moments on stock Xbox One was playing BF4, and watching the Weapons show from the history channel. Xbox One was ahead of it's time but it had last luster hardware specs and software OS. So everything was eventually scaled back.
What Sony doesn’t tell us is what SSD can be used in that internal slot and when they will upgrade the PS5 system software, I’m beginning to think they can’t do it without overheating the system, because raising the fan speeds will lead to fan noise and the fans burning out quicker or just the system shutting down constantly because of overheating.
Great video love the channel I was finally able to get my PS5 about a month ago only because I turned on alerts for all the online stores and just watched them like a hawk almost 24/7 like a mad person LOL.
Normally you would eject discs with the controller by pressing options, then scrolling down to eject disc menu, but a faster method would be to hit left on a d-pad and press options on explore tab, and eject disc is the only menu that appears there.
