First time I heard this tune, Sasha dropped it at Shelleys at the magic midnight hour when you knew that he was gonna do something and take you somewhere. He dropped it in at the outro with the strings and piano. For weeks he did this and it was proper frustrating that he'd only play about a minute of this ace sounding track. Then one week it was dropped from front to back. I have LOVED this track since and can still spit 90% of it. LEGENDARY tune always and forever. Much Love
I spent over 20 yrs trying to find out who made this track . Heard it in a little club in manchester . Only found out the artist is from Manchester a few weeks ago . Absolute class
Never have I encountered a finer collection of music that what you have posted up ressla. Truely awesome music that I have never heard before... just bloody outstanding... you've made my week.
Love this track Hanged about with Sean back in the day round ladybarn .we used to beatbox and rap .big up sea n gotta say for those that don't know the story behind this track .it never made release got pulled from record stores because Bruce Hornsby didn't like his track being sampled how sad when 30 years later Tupac does the same thing and he allowed it to be sampled and released So anyone who's got this track on vynal or c.d your blessed. Big up fallow field ladybarn massive .
Nice. You got to hang around with one of the best hip hop lyricists Manchester or even the UK has ever produced. Got his debut LP when it came out and as a UK hip hop record, don't think any modern records can touch it. They're all just bragging about money, pussy or violence, MC Buzz B was talking about life, he was philosophical and clever. Just a shame that he wasn't massively famous, he was probably half a decade ahead of the curve.

My mate thinks he has that whole Sasha set ripped on a cd somewhere...
And Bruce Hornsby on the same night. Tape sounds better if you can hear the air horns 😉
4.00 onwards it is world class, Sasha old school tapes, those were the days my friends, we are fortunate to have those memories

Sasha used to play this regularly at Shelleys, especially the outro. Love the lyrics in this, love this mix, Positive Post!

A poorly underrated Manchester artist from the glory days
