Legend Killer Randy Orton was despicable, beating up old people, kissing a knocked out Stephanie McMahon in front of HHH, putting so many people in the hospital, beating up John Cena's dad and was just the most merciless and evil villain at that time
And he was absolutely fucking awesome for it

Jake The Snake Roberts, he could cut a promo so cold and so scary that it was like poetry with a gun held against your head, he made a "venomous" snake bite his opponent once, he gave a married couple on their "wedding day" a "venomous" snake attack as a wedding gift, he was ready to smack a man or a woman, whoever came through the curtain first, with a chair, manipulated a warrior into a snake pit to die and also dig his own grave beforehand, legit knocked a guy out and picked him up and threw him back into the ring to continue the match.
I would have replaced Jerricho with Jake the Snake. Chris can be entertaining, sure, but Jake was down right diabolical. A great heel should be someone that seems so evil they can scare children, and I was legitimately terrified of Jake Roberts when I was a kid even though I was the weird kid who liked snakes lol. The match that got me hooked on wrestling was Jake Roberts vs Randy Savage, because small child me was more relieved and outright pumped when Macho got the win than I had ever been in my life at that point. That's a world class heel.
On Jake's episode with Joe Rogan, he told a story where a grandma attacked him with a box cutter.

Extra sample extra isn't working- didn't take my payment, haven't had email replied to, logged in and said declined- erm no the money is there and it states active, just WC haven't taken it yet have without issues since extra started. Tried to re- set up and it said declined again- even using my card and then takes me to an error page with email address! So now cos the payment wasn't taken on paypal it now says cancelled so will I ever be charged or replied to?! My account is now expired even though I got 2 days to sort it out but no once has and I still couldn't get beyond the page with my name/ address details to view any videos anyway! Really upset cos I'm not a bad payer yet made out to be there's plenty of cash in my account and now Ive been forced into a subscription cancellation I didn't want and can't even set it back up again!

PowahSlap Entertainmint They have a Extra service were you can sign up for some 10 or so bucks a month to get extra videos. But this has not affected their regular posting it is just extra content for people who wish to pay for it. Kind if like the WWE network if it was nothing but original shows and podcast. It has not had much affect on their subscriber count so saying that this will cause them to go out of buissness is stupid.

Jaime Moyano Well I didn't notice. But overall I don't believe Whatculture Extra was a bad idea, I mean people are subscribing to it and it hasn't affected me personally. It's honestly a take it or leave it type of situation. I would say they could get other people to do those videos to not over work the guys who are already on Whatculture but fans seem to dislike anything new so new people wouldn't solve the issue.
You missed Cm Punk, his Feud with Jeff Hardy in 2009 was amazing. I hated his guts when forced Jeff Hardy to leave WWE, then the next week on Smackdown he Dressed as Jeff Hardy and trolled the whole audience.

Piper was only #8?!? C'mon man! Piper was the epitome of a heel. He set the bar. He was hated by most, loved by some, and feared by all. Him actually getting in the ring was an event. He rarely ever was beaten clean. People tuned in wanting to see Piper get beat, more than they tuned in wanting to see Hogan win. He deserved a higher place IMO RIP Hot Rod

Marty is great, and maybe the only person in wrestling today who feels like a real bad guy (I mean, Minoru Suzuki and Tetsuya Naiito are openly evil, but fans love them for it), but his career is still to young to be put on a "greatest of all time" list.

I don't understand Triple H's wrestling appeal. I love him on the mic. It's garbarge and they are barely clinging on to my sub for the occasional decent videos that come up.
I don't remember who he was facing, but the most memorable heel moment for HHH for me was when after their match, HHH attacked his opponent who was strapped to a gurney. I remember watching that and just thinking..."damn, now THAT'S a heel move."
It probably sounds tame, but it's always been the quintessential heel moment for me. I think that's what really set heel HHH apart from other heels...most of his most memorable heel moments actually occurred during matches, well at least wrestler heel HHH, not executive heel HHH.
Also, I don't know how Randy Orton didn't make this list. His legend killer gimmick is worthy of this list alone, one of the best heel gimmicks in history. And in order to make space for him, fittingly, you'd probably have to get one of the legends, since their careers took place before most of us were even born, so we weren't even around to experience the heelness in all it's glory.

My personal favorite villains from when I watched WWE were Chris Jericho(his aforementioned feud with Micheals), CM Punk(his feud with Jeff Hardy), Edge(His feuds with Undertaker and John Cena), Randy Orton(his feud with Triple H), and The Nexus
Dibaise was a hell of a wrestler too. Somehow he’s a legend and still underrated
