- The plaintiff says he has a rocky relationship with the defendant, his mother, because she lies to the family about him being a crack addict. He’s suing her for an electric bill and emotional distress. The defendant claims her son has seven children he doesn’t support and no relationship with their four mothers. She’s countersuing for a loan and emotional distress.

Why is everyone ignoring the fact that the mom was keeping 1/2 of his social security check? You aren’t granted money for being a payee. I hope he gets his life together and mends the relationships with his children. Grandma seems like a manipulator and is wrong for even asking the child and other baby mama for witness statements about him bc this had nothing to do with them.
he rarely keeps stable living and mostly stays with her, TWO of his children live in her house. His kids mothers can attest to her being there and him not, if her son is going to sue her she should be able to defend herself
1) that’s his claim. Mom said she gives him his entire check.
2) if he’s living with her along with two of his kids, she should keep some of each check to go towards bills, food, kids’ activities, etc. That was Judge’s point when telling her she could have ensured he at least provided financially for his children.
Mother kept the money to give to the kids mother to support his children he never once said she kept his money he said she used it for his kids
Let’s see , she stated multiple times that she end up giving him the rest during the month . But in truth , she was providing a home , food abs still giving him over $330 of a 700 check . So if she didn’t give him another penny during that month , the he’s living in a hime , with food and all the amenities that come with it for $470 , tell me where you could do this on that little bit of money .
