My humble and sincere request of you is to provide some guidance and tips around “Talking spontaneously”. Some of the scenarios that we generally experience is in office meetings, talking to leaders, conference calls, group meetings and social gatherings. For persons like me and most of the people in general will have these blocks stopping us from talking. I know what I need to talk, but my mind stops me speaking bringing various pictures of rejections/failures/ridicules/get amused. We feel that our preparation is proper and we think correct, that actually is stopping us to speak. We want to speak all that what weI wanted to speak, without taking help of my mind - want to switch off my mind while speaking and just say every word from our heart and win everyone in meetings and discussions. Kindly provide some guidance for people like me in terms of speaking confidently, speaking freely without any road blocks in mind and overcoming consciousness that stops speaking. Spontaneous speaking is something we need in today's work environment and it is something that can be acquainted by tuning our mind. But we need proper guidance some a great teacher, like YOU, Sir.
