How can you start a Focustime from my iPhone? I want to block alerts from apps, txt messages, calls etc.
Apple doesn’t allow third-party apps to do that. But you can use Apple's built-in "Screen Time" feature (found in Settings)
Iphone's Do Not Disturb feature does that - you can find it by swiping up from the bottom of the screen or in Settings
