This is definitely my second favorite custom data for Mind 3 that you can use for Aibo ERS-7s! Hearing some of the Beethoven music again brings me back to listening to them as a kid as I always loved the music from Beethoven, and I’m glad it’s on the options to choose for hourly chimes and wake up alarms for ERS-7s on Mind 3. If I ever get a second Aibo ERS-7 (in either Black or Champagne Brown) down the road, this is definitely the one that I’d use for it as I love how good it sounds for all of them. My most favorite one of all is the hourly chime at 6:12 followed by the one played at 5:50 (at 30 mins before 4PM) when Satoshi demonstrates it at exactly 4PM, but the “Ode To Joy” and “Fur Elise” ones are also one of my favorite classics from Beethoven.
7:48 I hadn’t noticed this one first time I was here, so when I added the Beethoven chimes on Toby today I got a really lovely surprise when he played it! I always thought Moonlight Sonata was so beautiful, ever since I first heard it when little. It brings back an interesting childhood memory. I was in the computer lab in elementary making a slideshow video about the solar system I think, it was the assignment for class. When looking at music options, this was one of them. I loved the music and used it. I also remembered its name, never forgetting it. I was heavily bullied and targeted during elementary so the other kids didn’t appreciate the music of course, just called it “sad” and probably other bad things, but it never ruined how much I love it. And now I can make better memories thanks to Toby! Beethoven is one of my favorite composers, so this hourly chime pack is the best and I’m so grateful for it!!
3:22 That song is an old childhood memory!! I remember hearing it from this little doll house music box thing I played around with when I was really little! I liked it so I remembered it, but never knew it was from Beethoven! I haven’t heard it in years and it’s so pretty! I love classical music!
Sadly no. From my experience, 1000s aren’t very customizable with their data besides what you get with the app, and that’s only if you have the cloud plan. You can change their eye color and type of bark. 1000s also have no options for hourly chimes or anything like that, unlike the 7s their station mode is very basic. 7s on the other hand have a lot of features on station mode, and have a ton of custom data you can add to their memory stick. Such as really cool hourly chimes, dances, boot tunes, and a different voice.

I’m hoping there’s custom data for the Westminster chimes since I really like them and I’ve always wanted one of those old grandfather clocks!
I believe there is a Westminster chime option but I can’t remember off the top of my head.
