No PITS in Milwaukee. They aren't trained and probably for good reason. A PIT on the majority of the Northside streets would result in a ton of property damage and/or civilians. I hear all this Arkansas nonsense, yeah those guys are great but a totally different environment politically and geographically.

you guys don’t ever realize that many city and county police aren’t sllowed to pit due to department policy. They usually have to get a clear from a supervisor or dispatch. That’s why majority of the time a state/highway agency sweeps in and does it for them
Surprising they're not authorised to make contact at lower speeds on those big empty junctions after he becomes a significant danger. Wrong way on the freeway? Give him a tap when he slows. The risk of low-speed contact versus letting him have a 150mph head on surely can be justified.

They are lucky the officer in the passenger seat of the chase car saw him bail out. For god sake they have radios in all the cars and can blanket the area with squads but can't deploy sticks. The squad has a push bar...why the hell don't they just pit the car and be done? This is right from the Milwaukee pursuit policy manual : In the course of a vehicle pursuit, deliberate contact between vehicles or forcing the pursued vehicle into parked cars, ditches, or any other obstacle, boxing in, heading off, ramming, driving alongside the pursued vehicle while it is in motion, or the use of roadblocks is prohibited. Pursuing vehicle may not drive in wrong direction of traffic. If pursuit becomes too dangerous for public the pursuit must be terminated. If pursuit is terminated the pursuing vehicle must pull over immediately and turn off siren and emergency lights and radio in location and notify of termination then wait at that location for a supervisor to debrief on scene.

He racked up thousands on going thru solid red lights...its like a $200- $500 fine after so many violations in some states.
black people don't get charged with extra fines. Usually just misdemeanor fleeing/evading. he'll be out in less than a week.
