There's no way you can keep up with that diet of candy bars, ben & jerry's, pizza and oreo's once you're off the trail. Curious to know how you've adjusted your diet when your back at home and if you've gained some weight back?
@@kirkdesmond Back to my normal diet and cardio routine since I’ve been home and pretty much back to my normal weight.
