thanks Eva, its nice to get the opportunity to get the drone up and around. And yea, when you get it on the south west coast of Ireland the sunsets can be fantastic...
Absolutely fantastic pictures, Eddie!! Thank you for taking us with you on your adventures👍. In 2 weeks I'll be back in Dingle as well...I'm really looking forward😉
Thanks Christophe, yes, it’s great to get a camp like this, I’m not a martyr for roughing out high winds and rain, but nights like this are hard to beat. In relation to dogs, nearly all the land is privately owned and are working farms, hence the sheep. There are signs in nearly all places saying no dogs allowed due to sheep worrying, but beaches would be the exception from what I’ve seen. I think the National park in Killarney might allow them when kept on leads. There was a high profile incident up the country last year where a farmer was assaulted after confronting a dog owner, on the farmers own land!!! and that access has been revoked. Thankfully I haven’t heard of that happening down here.
thanks Rodney, when you get days like this its makes everything easier and all you've to do really is turn up. Think thats the first time ever in my life someone has said I had a style,, so thanks very much for that ;)
Super footage again Eddie. I just missed you, I camped at the top of Brandon on the 3rd, a slight inversion in the morning, mostly at sea. Did you manage to get any moon shots?
Hi Joe, thanks. The weather was too good not to go out in it.. in relation to the moon, It was too high really over Beenoskee and Macha na Bo to be of interest, I've a few shots but nothing worth showing., I'd been looking at the time for when it would be heading down behind Brandon etc and from what I remember it would have been around 2 or 3 am. If I'd happened to wake I would have given a look , but I get little enough sleep on these that I don't set an alarm for during the night to be honest. Más was done a few nights after ;)
@@eddieforde I see. I was monitoring the moon nearly every hour. I had the alarm set..😅.. I surprisingly slept well up there..😅 I got an epic shot of it over Mt Eagle at 4.40am. I am sure your camera would catch it way better than my phone. It was the day before the strawberry full moon so it was big..😀🤣.. I can't post the pic here..🙄
Fair play with the hourly alarms, that’s some dedication. I’ll have to see about staying on Brandon, we spend enough time up there in bad weather it must be great to get a night like that. 👍🏻
@@eddieforde It is incredible, well worth it. You'd be star gazing instead of sleeping. I look forward to your next adventures. Next week is looking like ideal conditions with low winds.
Arguably your best one so far Eddie. Superb drone footage. Thanks as always for sharing
Thanks Brian, it’s nice to get the drone out without fear of never getting it back 💨 it’s rare enough but the weather is great at the moment for it.
Agree
Now that’s an adventure !! The inversion looked superb and what about those skylarks 😳😳 great video Eddie
thanks Darren, you know yourself its a cracking place, and on a evening like that, there's nowhere better
Loved the drone shots! And wow, you were lucky with that beautiful sunset and waking up with the birds chirping 🌞

Fantastic scenery Eddie. What a lift the drone gives your vids! Magic!
thanks Andrew, yea, definitely gives it a bit extra alight...
Super work Eddie

Great videos ed..

Absolutely love Dingle. A wee paradise. And the sounds of the place names as Galiege! :D
try to learn all the Irish names is quite enjoyable,, so much more meaning...
Really enjoyed this one Eddie. Can't beat a wild camp. What's the crack with dogs over there? Appreciate there's lots of sheep about.
