Hi madam, Thank your clear explanation but I have one doubt exactly in Need Expanded last name in report. Can your explain that one alone clearly. For eg if name in my certificate is Ganesh M, but I need in my credential report name as Ganesh Mani i.e full name as same as my passport. Is it correct this shows the purpose of ' Need expanded last name in report '

Transcript we should have to send the original which we get from the university? Or copy of the transcript?
For provisional degree certificate or degree certificate- its already issued by the university after the completion of degree. We should have to send the copy of already issued degree? Or again we have to request for ew degree certificate?
Is it mandatory to send letter for non issuance of semester wise mark sheets?

Thank you for making an informative video. However as you might be aware WES made a small change due to which they only accept if the transcripts are sent to them directly. as per my info Anna university is not yet started sending to WES directly. Any idea how to overcome this? Thanks again

I have certain doubts that I have and looking for your guidance.
1) I already have my transcripts and degree certificate in a sealed envelope. I got this for when I applied for masters.
The question I have is , is it necessary for me to add a separate letter from the university stating that they wont be issuing a separate semester wise marksheet to WES (along with degree and transcript), or is it enough if I just send my degree certificate and transcript in the envelope provided by the university.?
2) Also in your video, you have shown how a sample of the sealed envelope looks like. The one i have is stamped alright, but there is no sign?

And I've one doubt..I hold a master's degree.. While doing ECA is it fine to evaluate my master's degree alone? Or I've to evaluate bachelor's degree also? Because I don't have the back side scanned copy of my UG degree and UG consolidated certificates. My originals are with my employer. They don't give it until I resign my job.

I have few doubts regarding your video.
1. While sending the documents to WES you said name change last name to be expanded, for that what cover letter you included did they accepted it. Only Passport copy is enough?
2. For Masters degree we don’t need to go to university and get the marksheets and transcripts?
Only required for bachelor’s degree?
And also please post video regarding the order of documents and what are documents needed to be attached along with transcripts and degree certificate, WES form.. Like what and how did you send.. And also Are you a major applicant or spouse for the applicant...

Firstly thank you so much for your intentions to pass on the vital information. As per the updated WES rules they expect the concerned University we studied to mail the Transcript directly to WES, Toronto.
You better know the rules here, Transcripts will be handed over directly not to us, how to handle this part?

1) i have 3 documents is diploma,degree & master. if i submit these all three documents to WES for ECA. Amount will be paid three time 210x3=610 Canadian Dollar or Only one time 210 Canadian Dollar?
2) As per Academic record form have option fill detail only one Column, can be use another same Academic record form three times

Hi Geetha, I think there is change in the process of sending documents to WEC from Dec 1. University has to send it directly. Can you validate this and inform the viewer as these videos shared by you are very informative and useful.

Hi Geetha, very useful video. Thanks for guidance. I have a question, kindly help me out on this. I’ve completed my education as follows, SSLC(10 years) + Diploma (3 years) + BE (3 years), and pursuing my MBA(Distance) which is expected to complete on May 2020. I’d like to create a CRS profile now. For WES evaluations I’ll add my degree and diploma now, in future once I completed my MBA, do I need to create new WES account and pay again? Or just add to the existing account? and do the evaluations.
