Beautiful work!! I couldn’t see everything that you were doing because the camera was not centered. But as you were explaining everything I could understand what you were doing. Thank you so much for sharing 😊
@@happyplacestudio you can use a dry erase marker or pieces of tape on your work surface that indicates the section of your work surface that is being filmed. This will help make sure what you are doing is always in the camera shot. I notice sometimes you go below the area that is being filmed, and we can't see what you are doing 😉. Ps...not criticizing, just offering a helpful suggestion. 🤩
So glad I found you on here, I love your creations and you're a great teacher. This is very pretty, and I'm definitely going to try it. Thank you so much fir sharing it with us. Take care, Val, Portsmouth, UK. xx
I loved the video, and your process! You were off camera when you added the smaller piece to the pendant, I was disappointed because I really wanted to see that
That turned out really nice. I agree that the mica on the side makes the piece look more complete. When you first said add a jump ring on the smaller piece and fit it through the bigger one, I don't know why I thought a toggle.
Do either of you know the name of the stencil? It's pretty and I love how small the detail is. All of my stencils are too big to do anything this small. Thx!
That's cool. You can make a neutral base, (little button like piece with your jump ring in it)and make several different corrosponding pendants that can be interchanged and added to the base to match outfits and seasons! Lol. I. Definitely inspired. Thanks for the 'base' to my idea. Lol Great job. It does look tribal, the euchre and brown look great together. I have a question about the gel thing and stencil, wouldn't placing the stencil on the piece and applying the paint like a silk screen achieve the same effect, or does the gel thing control the amount of paint?
You do really beautiful work but are working off the screen where we cannot see what you are doing. Your videos would be wonderful if we could see the entire technique you are using.

Beautiful. Love your ideas.
Great way to combine colors with the gelli plate, stencil and pastels . You could also use the black image as a card front. Good tutorial.
It’s nice that you don’t preprep .. I like seeing the process
Love the idea of the new technique for doing the nevklace
Hey Traci, you should put registration marks on your work surface so you know you are always on camera. 😋
I don't know what that is. Lol

Example...time stamp 11:00 ish.
I know! I can't see without using my magnifier. I'll give it a try!! Ty!!
Thanks for bringing us on your experiment journey. Awesome result
Wow this is so cool. How do you know what to use? How to do it? I am always at wow with your work. They are so beautiful❤
Lol! Thank you! I literally dream things up but I also see "art" everywhere. I can look at a pattern in carpet and try to figure out how to make it
@@happyplacestudio ok just so be open look create. Great just like when I paint and draw. Thank you again

Very pretty, thank you

this necklace turned out beautifully thanks for sharing your ideas with us i really like the gel plate tutes
It looks almost Polynesian. I love it!
Excellent outcome, and that is my favorite stencil - a little obsessed and have two sizes.
Love that stencil, where can I get it?
I think joanns? I checked my Amazon and it's not on there

Another awesome tutorial, thx!
Love this and can’t wait to try. Can I ask please what type and gauge of chain you use. It’s always difficult to guess from videos.
They do look tribal and pretty.
What a fun necklace this is!!!
I can’t wait to try it.
Love it! Wish you stayed in camera a little more I think it was aimed a bit high?
No. I just can't see
amazing, you're so creative
Pretty! You might want to adjust your camera lower since much of this was not visible.
Sorry.
Amazing idea. Thanks
So cute! Love it!
Thanks!
Very cool! Can you please show the back so I can see how it’s attached? TIA😀
The small piece is fed through the hole. Nothing is attached
Would it be possible to adjust the camera closer to you - so you can see (and so can we)?
My videos get progressively better

The gel plate allows you to use lots of different colors blended together
Very very nice
Cool technique. I wish I could have seen what you were doing out of camera view 😕
Sorry. I have a hard time seeing
Can you tell me where you got the stencil or the name of the stencil- I really like it. Also Is your site not the same as the link does not work
New website-
Www.happy-place-studio.com
Give me a minute on the stencil to remember where I got it
I found the stencil! It's by The Crafters Workshop, designed by Gabrielle Pollacco, and it's called "Crazy Waves".
You do really beautiful work but are working off the screen where we cannot see what you are doing. Your videos would be wonderful if we could see the entire technique you are using.
As I mention every time I go off screen- it is always accidental because I have a hard time seeing. I do my best
Lindo❤
I could not see your hands.
TOO BAD WE CAN´T SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING-YOU ARE WORKING OFF CAMERA. YOU ARE ALSO TESTING OUR VISION SINCE WE CAN´T SEE ANYTHING.
Trey, so out of frame.
Thanks!
