I am still a beginner after 6+ yrs. I never considered getting into pottery till I was 70. I will be 77 next month (Nov. ) '13 . I need all the instruction and short cuts. You video's help me . Thank you.
John Gould I have just started at 64 these videos really help!
Wonderful video. Thank you so much for sharing your technique. You are very inspiring!
Much obliged!
Hi, I usually don't trim my pots on a chuck unless the bottom are too small to stand by themselves.
This makes me want to take a pottery class.
Soo beautiful 😍!!
Thank you for this amazing video. There are so many great tips here.
I guess what I mean, is couldn't you just trim the lid as it sits in the body, when you previously had the body already centered on the wheel and held in by the coils? That's how I usually do small teapots, as it lets me see the shape of the lid in relation to the rest of the curves on the body.
Brilliant as usual. Thank you
The tools are available in his Etsy store.
Is there a reason you trim the lid on the wheel head, instead of on the body as a chuck?
Did you make the trimming tools yourself or where can one purchase these?
Perfection
Can you do a video on how you glaze these beautiful pieces?

Maravilloso¡¡¡ que envidia me da¡¡
Hi
When you center the pot, do you focus on centering the top or bottom? It looks as if you center the bottom, but I just want to be sure.
