Yes M I agree!! My father served under Patton and was awarded the Bronze Star. I am so sad for all Veterans and my classmates of Vietnam to see how our country is going in such a very sad and scary situation. I pray somehow that God will wake people up and honor all those who have and still are struggling! ❤

I have been to some of these places 2 years ago on a World War II tour. My Dad survived a German POW camp. All who served during this war are definitely the greatest generation. ❤❤

The overlay makes all the difference. To get to see what those places became out of the horror of WWII is amazing and gratifying. It’s what they have done since they were made free.

What the hell do mean needlessly. You would not have the freedoms you have today or the comforts you have without these brave men and women. I don't think they thought it was needless. My father fought I WW11 in the Pacific Navy.He never thought it was needless. I had 3 brothers in the Navy 2 of which were in Nam. I dont offend easily but some of the crap I read in these comments pissed me of. I'm sure the people In the towns that were liberated didn't find it needless nor those in the concentration camps. I thank all the military branches and countries who have and will continue to serve. One more thing if not for all the veteran's of WW2 I may never have been born. Nor you.
