12 - 8 = 4 -> 2^2
21 - 12 = 9 -> 3^2
30 - 21 = 9 -> 3^2
46 - 30 = 16 -> 4^2
So, the next should be;
5^2 = 25
=> 46 + 25 = 71
Again 5^2 = 25
=> 71 + 25 = 96.
Therefore, the series is 8, 12, 21, 30, 46, 71, 96.....
So, the next should be;
6^2 = 36
=> 96 + 36 = 132
So, the next should be;
7^2 = 49
=> 132 + 49 = 181
Again 7^2 = 49
=> 181 + 49 = 230.
Therefore, the series is 8, 12, 21, 30, 46, 71, 96, 132, 181, 230....
