This helped for replacing my front unit. Thanks.
There are obviously multiple versions of this pad. The X2 GEM 701L has the USB-port down at the right side, other versions in the center. I ordered the wrong version but got lucky cause it fit after removing a bit of plastic. But you might wanna mind the difference when ordering substitute parts for this pad / phone.

finally just broke mine too... everything still works but cracked glass.. bleh.. looks simple enough here.
