  • Open conversations about how we are really doing is an important part of creating equity for one another in Spirax Sarco. Without knowing what’s needed, it is impossible to know how to help each other be the best we can be in our roles - and that is for everyone.
    One example of this is Suzanne Baldwin who works in our UK based Steam Business Development Team. Over her 28 year career, she has felt she has had the support as a working mother to grow within the company. Whether it’s been training, a variety of challenging projects or flexible working, she has always felt included.
