I like how Masako adult Gohan is different enough from his Goku but still sounds like Gohan. Shows his range as a voice actor.
Well when you hear his normal voice and accent, that shows a ton of range already

MasakoX’s range never ceases to amaze me.
The difference between his Goku, Goku Black, Young Gohan, Teen Gohan, and Adult Gohan are so subtle but drastically distinguishable and fit the characters so well.
That’s pure talent.

Cell Max’s VA seems perfect
The fact that MasakoX got the voice down as kind of a mix of Goku, and Gohan, like a kid growing up to sound almost exactly like their parent, is awesome.

That TFS squeak whenever Goku or Gohan is grabbed will never not make me giggle. Fantastic work to the voices all around especially Masako, was worried you'd sound more like Goku as Adult Gohan but totally nailed it.
The drawings were also adorable but awesome at the same time.
Masako's adult Gohan scream has given me chills the 15 times I've watched this

Hearing Piccolo's TFS voice awakens my inner nostalgia and love that I have for DBZA. We might never get the Buu Saga but we will never forget the talent and incredible moments the series brought us.
It's a shame Android 13 punched Goku in the nuts so hard, he cancelled the Buu saga

I like how TFS's teen-adult Gohan has gone through like 5 different voices now. I look forward to the next iteration

no, all three Gohans’ in DBZA had different voice actors
Tfs Gohan has had 4 voice actors, Vegeta3986 for episode 1, MasakoX for the rest of his child appearances (and this), Justin Briner for teen Gohan, and Zach Holzman for future adult Gohan.
Always warms my heart hearing the TFS crew lending their voices.
Honestly Cell Maxs' voice is so well casted, it feels like music to my ears. The voice feels liek it embodies the sheer power the original cell boasted, now multiplied by the new modern power of Dragon Ball Super.
I love that when Gohan is squeezed he makes the squeaking sound

That’s such a good line for 18 because she didn’t contribute much to the movie. All she did was point out that Cell Max looked like a giant Cell, which ANY of those cast members could have done that has seen Semi-Perfect Cell. Other than that, she was put in for appearance lol.

On top of that, it may have been a reference to a running gag they did n TFS when Cell was hunting her and #17 on the islands. Several characters would constantly ask "Why are you still here?" That's what I first thought of anyway.
She's there so she doesn't become another Launch

Nowadays characters *have* to be included, even randomly in official Dragonball content, just in case, so Akira Toriyama doesn't forget they exist.
That was awesome. The shot of 18 and krillin together gave me life, and hearing TFS actually doing what they do best again was a breath of fresh air.
Man, it's nice to hear the DBZA cast doing their thing again.

The greatness of hearing MasakoX's adult Gohan and Lani's Piccolo again aside, I love how this is totally a callback to Piccolo training Gohan in the Saiyan arc ("Anyway, I figure to unleash your hidden potential I'd have to put you in immense physical danger. So I'm gonna through you at that mountain.") XD
It just feels so good to hear TFS resprise their roles one more time. Awesome job from you all!

Masako doesn't do Adult Gohan that often outside of his own channel, it's actually got a really good distinction from his Goku and kid Gohan
It's also perfect because since Gohan is Goku's son, they sound almost the same. Every song, sister, or any other family's have genes in their DNA that might make their voice sound the same or bodies look the same.

What, you expected a movie specifically billed as a sequel to the androids saga to feature 18 at all? Why would 18 care about a monster that looks like a giant version of semi-perfect cell, a form that literally ate her in the past?
I do kinda get Piccolo’s justification for not getting her help immediately, because he was worried the Red Ribbon army would have her exact specs and know exactly how to beat her… but once she was there, why tf didn’t she have any relevance to the story about androids lol

MasakoX's adult Gohan is pretty good, also props to Pringus for adding the squeeze joke, I also find it funny that when Gohan is sent flying you can very much hear MasakoX giving him young Gohan's voice, like how Piccolo taught him how to dodge but now he's teaching him how to fly.
A nice callback to how Piccolo test Gohan power by throwing him to the hill. This truly a level callback of TFS.

I just started to animate stuff myself and the cool thing is i can really tell the storyboarding for this animation was top notch. Piccolo throwing Gohan was so dynamic, as was the transformation and the attacks the gang throws at cell. Awesome job!
While I'm always happy to hear TFS and treasure the work Takahata did, that new Cell voice actor is top notch

I love that no matter the animator’s style, if they do a Dragon Ball video they always go ALL OUT for the animation on it, in attacks or transformation or whatever.
This series clearly means so much to so many people, and it’s cool to see that heart manifest in people’s art.
Hands down, this is the best animation pringus has made (for my opinion)

Honestly after seeing how strong her brother got by training all these years maybe she should get on that too.
I don't think that 17 was any more powerful during the tournament of power than he had been when he fought piccolo I think it's something like what Vegeta was talking about during the movie it's more that he has become more efficient about his fighting. Less wasted movement, less wasted energy, (not the energy expenditure is an issue for either 17 or 18) , and a more critical eye during combat.

At the same time _most_ dragon ball characters aren’t REALLY that strong at all without Ki, save for a few like the metal men who never tap into it to begin with.
If I were to COMPLETELY strip Goku or Vegeta of their Ki right now they’d likely be on the high end of street level superhero power.
