There is support saying that Nocturne is a more evil form of Zed. As we see in Shockblade Zed's splash, It looks extremely similar to Nocturnes='s splash as well. There are also quotes that the two share as well as the fact that they control the darkness and shadows. Also, their weapons are similar.

I think both are good games depending on what you like. Dota tends to be a bit more intricate and focused on somewhat slower gameplay while LoL would be the easier and more fast-paced one.

To everyone shouting bullshit in the comments, here's what i think instead of saying "OMG DOTA SUX"
We all have our own opinions. Learn to accept that. I like League because it's more casual and forgiving. With some sense of accomplishment when you finally get 6300 ip and buy Bard or something. I like to progress, not get everything handed to me. And LoL has rune and mastery pages, that you can use to complement the champion you play's strong points or counter it's weaknesses. It's more diverse with more game modes and new things to try and unlock. That's just my opinion and i can see the appeal Dota and Dota2 have. I just prefer league.
Anything in this game you can earn only buy paying money are purely cosmetic. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
More expensive champions (Or as you call them heroes, just like in any other shitty game with unique characters) have a higher skillcap, and are not necessarily "Better" than any other champions. A champion that costs 450 ip is just as balanced as one that costs 6300. And a newbie who tries to play high skillcap champions will be at a huge disadvantage. You got it twisted.
The only bad thing is on DOTA. Having a less chance to get fed in late game and it has alots of time to finish the game, it reached 1hr.

There is still a glitch with tryndamere, if you buy GA and use ult instead of GA you will die even if you have ult / GA you can avoid this if you let the GA activate 1st

I don't know the dota's lore but the latest champions in lol have been some kind of omnipotent figures so i'm not so sure about that. None of them were showed in the video though.

The league meta is always changing cait only recently returned from the dead thresh is rarely picked and even then more as a comfort pick than as an op pick. syndra was played in 3 games over the last split. Legue meta always changes. we have carry junglers and tank top atm but I think after this patch threre will be a switch. Midlane is now all about control mages like viktor instead of assassins like LeBlanc and Zed. And lore wise I dont know too much about dota but I think that some of these duels were fine lore wise. e.g. wraith king(reincarnated soul) vs thresh(jailor of souls)

Eu jogo ambos, mas principalmente LoL e ainda assim tenho certeza que os campeões do Dota 2 ganhariam em uma guerra, porque a capacidade dos campeões em tankar, dar cc e dps e muito maior la e conta para todos os campeões. Até porque la é medido em Agilidade, Força e Inteligência por isso digo que a mecânica dos campeões é completamente diferente. Fora alguns personagens específicos como o Invoker por exemplo que poderia destruir uma tf sozinho pela quantidade de skills que ele tem e a capacidade delas. Outra coisa e o fato de que o Sven nunca perderia pro Tryndamere, até porque o dano dele ultado e de 1k até quase 2k com crítico em um hit e ele é ultra tank, o tryndamere nem daria dano nele. Além disso o Sven causa dano e stun em área conseguindo um Pentakill/Rampage em 3 segundos sozinho.
Tem muitos outros campeões no Dota que superariam os do LoL facilmente.
Porém pra jogar eu não gosto mais de um nem de outro, mas acho LoL muito mais fácil de jogar e também roda em qualquer pc, diferente do Dota 2. Por isso recomendo o LoL, por ter uma mecânica mais simples e fácil de aprender a jogar. Porém o Dota 2 considero muito mais equilibrado e também não é para qualquer um jogar, muito menos se não tiver paciência e estratégia. E no visual também o Dota 2 ganha de longe, principalmente nas skins.

in dota we dont have things turned in to gods we have gods like zeus :) lores doesnt mean anything. i say in a normal game play pick sven 2 shot entire team with double 2000 crits and go on. Pick enigma create a Black Hole [by the mean of lore he creates a black hole which eats all universes and destroy the reality :)] vacuum al 5 players in to death and go on. There is so much to say about lores but gameplay is the decider here

All of the people saying that LoL champions are stronger lore-wise than Dota heroes... That's not true on the grand scale. We can tell that by looking at the strongest. Aurelion Sol, is unquestionable, the strongest LoL Champion. He's basically an entity that creates Stars and Galaxies. You would think nothing can beat that right? Wrong...Even an entity that creates entire Galaxies, needs certain elements to create them, and without them, it would be useless. We have of course, the four fundamentals of the Universe: The strong force and chaos and darkness, represented by Chaos Knight, The weak force and light, represented by Ezalor (kotl), also the Twin riders of Light and Darkness, Energy of creation, represented by Wisp, and Force of Gravity, represented by Enigma. Without any of these universal fundaments, Aurelion would be nothing. Not to mention the other ridiculously godlike characters like Weaver, who is a godly being that weaves the fates in the universe, Faceless Void, who is a being that lives outside the realm of time, Doom, who is literally Satan and Terrorblade, who is the most feared Demon of all eons.

cant really base what aurelion sol uses based on what dota lore have, they're 2 entirely different universes, what works on one, would differ on the other, and we also have a satan and the most feared demon of all eons, Teemo ;)

Lore wise, dota characters are significantly stronger. Many of them are mythical beings and gods, like dragon knight, has the ability to incinerate an entire city with a single dragon breath, nature prophet can control an entire forest, wraith king is just straight up immortal, and sven can cut gods in half with a swing. while in league, the champions are literally just heroes/villains captured by summoners and used as playing cards...

The abilities in Dota 2 are a lot stronger and more outrageous since power levels are higher in Dota 2. Axe's ult would actually kill Tryndamere because Tryndamere's ult is borrowed from a Dota 2 ability called Shallow Grave: Its basically a ranged version of Tryndamere's ult that lasts for 5 seconds and can be cast every 15 seconds and in Dota 2 this isn't even an ult. The point is Axe's Ult goes through this and it is most probable it would still kill Tryndamere.

I... honestly don't know who's worse. I don't play Fizz but in Doto I main Weaver and... OH GOD.
Early and mid game he doesn't do as much damage as Fizz, but he's 10x harder to kill. Fizz can possibly be killed IF you outskill him by A LOT and IF the planets align on the second week of July, but he can just turn around and oneshot you.
