Geez Duffield asks some stupid questions. Energy at home? didn't he watch matches against North or Hawthorn? We've been largely shocking at home in the last six weeks. Then he calls it a grand finals? another bizarre comment. Surely the Eagles would just be focusing on being competitive. At their position, that's the most important. Let the wins look after itself. They have shown they can win if in a winning position. Its not as if they don't know how to win (an issue with some teams), its just that they can't be competitive enough in games and that comes down to resilience and talent. Resilience has been a big issue for us for two years. The club really needs to analyse better the games when the Eagles get thrashed. What are the guys that aren't putting in and sweating blood. I think you'll find its the same guys every week that go missing when the going gets tough. Its the same guys that are generally struggling when playing over east too. There are now a couple of years worth of data for the list manager to review.
